Is it possible that the extra wire bundle you mentioned (as being for the alarm system) is to connect the factory option for the Blaupunkt BEA80 or BEA108 Equalizer/Amps that could have been installed by the factory? Either of these units would have been installed right below the radio head where the cubby bin is usually installed.
