I never sit, but my left psoas hurts. Do you think it’s because my left QL is on chronic pain?

Good question - I’d ask as a follow up how do you know it is your Psoas that hurts? It could be the left QL or a few other muscles pulling in

@@BackMuscleSolutions hmmm not sure but I think the physical therapist dug his fingers in my side and said it was tight. But I can’t remember for sure if he said it was the PSOAS. I also have bursitis-type pain in my left hip (been there for as long as the QL pain).

Interesting, it could be worth it to ask him but it does sound like Psoas or it’s neighbor Iliacus - I have a video about Iliacus here that might help you determine the source: Iliacus Release

@@BackMuscleSolutions thank you. Your videos have given me hope. I have had this problem for 4 years and physical therapy did nothing. I really miss working out. I’m also hypermobile so that’s probably a factor. I just miss being in shape and being thin lol.

I appreciate that! Been there, sorry to hear about the pain. It gets better if you stick with it - Best of luck with recovery and reach out if I can help with anything!
