    Have to go soft on my lower body work atm due to banged up knees and fatigued back, and general high fatigue levels so its nice to watch your push. Might try some of those warmups, I've got stiff hips.

    what thickness is your belt? I feel as if my 13mm makes my deadlifts unbearable but for squats I love it.
