As a Dutchman I say this for years: the songwriters need to come up with something original. We're not gonna win this year or any year for that matter if we keep on sending basic entries about being your best, building on dreams, friendships, etc...
our last entries were very very good! but this year its just generic and predictable. yes we for sure not gonna win
But it also depends what all the other countries will send!
@@simgoesgaming4877 I'm not talking about our Eurovision entries, but about the Junior Songfestival songs in the past couple of years. And come on, even with Luna we couldn't win in 2022. "La festa" had winning potential...

It's honestly a shame how much the talents of these young children are wasted on such mediocre songs.
Do the people at AVOTROS wet themselves at the thought of sending a song even remotely authentic? I get Ayana finished last back in 2021 with a unique song but yeesh, this dated pop music is never going to amount to anything in the grand scheme of things

All songs are so dated. If you compare all of them to Rachel with Teenager, she would still have won by miles and that song is from 2011! AVROTROS step up your game...
