My friend, thank you. This is my dream review. You've collected 4 of the most grandiose Cajohn's, each of which is unique. I've only tried Hydra and I really liked it. I tried it with everything. P.S. If you can, please get hold of Cajohn's Trinidad Scorpion and Cajohn's Chupacabra. It would be interesting to see it.
Thanks for watching and for the kind words. As I mentioned in the review, El Chupacabra has onions in it, which are a no-no for me, otherwise that sauce would have also been in this one. This is also the same problem with the Trinidad Scorpion sauce you mentioned, unfortunately, so neither of those will be appearing. I do have plans, at some point, to get to the Sancto Scorpion sauce from CaJohn's I did a written blog review on some time ago...
