Congratulations to Abby and Trudy for pushing you over the line during Father’s Day!!! 100,000 subscribers is a milestone to be proud of for sure but by the grace of God we achieve these little blessings. I loved this visit seeing Bill and Jim mowing AND an up close and personal look at the chickens. What a treat and now if we could only have an update on the foot race with Brenda and the grandbabies as well as seeing the filly up a little closer. How about it Lady? Can you share just a glimpse or two?!!!:):):)

Hi Jim and Brenda, that single horse mower works really slick . I really like the lighter set of green shaves on the mower. Who ever set the mower up did a great job. Bill did a wonderful job listening to Jim in the tight turn radiuses . Fun to watch, Thank You.

I've been watching you and yours for years now, l wouldn't miss an episode, plus the same goes for Abbie,s channel. She just shuts her eyes and enjoys you holding her!🥰 And Billy says, "Dad, you sure are making me turn a lot of tight corners while we mow the lawn!"😃 It looked like that mower did a good job cutting the lawn. Hope you all had a good visit with your son and his family for Father's Day! Abby and Trudy did a great job taking care of the horses and Skippy!!! Brenda, do you still have Pansy (milk cow)? Hope she's doing good now eating grass since she has her little steer friend with her!

Jim's lawn care services one horse will travel
I remember sitting on my father's lap when I was about 5 years old as he mowed our yard with a horse-drawn mower and a team of 2 horses borrowed from his father. This is what started me watching and subscribing to your channel. It's one of my best memories of my dad. I think I mentioned this when I first started watching but this video brought back this wonderful memory.
With so many horses, one day in your garden and they would have eaten it all neat and tidy.
There's nothing nicer to see horses in a field just grazing.
Have you ever seen a field after horses have eaten it 😁 it is a lot but not neat nor tidy 😂

They used to recommend putting a bamboo pole parallel to the cutter bar from the neckyoke or the evener with chains hanging down.
The chains would flush nesting birds and the driver could lift the bar and miss the nest.

Saw a video of a British estate coarse that still uses horses to cut the grass. Very fancy grounds. Anyway the horses where boots so the hoofs do not put holes in the ground and the mower is much bigger a team pulls it around

I mowed roadside with my mower that a friend cut down to 5 feet. Much easier than with a tractor and brush hog. Two passes oneasc side of the road and I was done. However, I did not have a fence to contend with.

First congrats on the 100 K subscribers. Your girls did a good job taking care of the home front while you were away. That was a lot of work cutting the lawn with your 1 horse mower.
