Thanks for posting Jeff..I'm an older man and I don't ever recall seeing a Studebaker with fender skirts when I was a kid or ever. Really. Looks weird to me. To each his own. Studebakers were very reliable cars..Thanks for posting Jeff!
Always been a fan of Studebakers!.This is a really nice example of a 61 Lark. These cars were stylish and well made and dependable.Nice paint and interior.Nice chrome on this car too and that price is decent too!.Thanks for the uploads Jeff!.😎✌️
Studebakers are always cool to look at, regardless of model or year. I thought I spotted an old D/W150 there in the corner just when the video started.... That'd be a pretty cool video by itself!
Nice lookin Lark…but I dunno about those fender skirts. It’s missing the Lark emblem on the grille, but there are plenty NOS out there. Great price for all the work. Mister Ed approves 🐴
Holy Moses, beautiful gourgeus studebaker, colour gourgeus like a 💎 Diamond inside Nice and tidy 😊 cool car, and I saw a corvair i know i have always liked the corvair, lark fits this Nice studebaker, in line 6 ltr wow, is that a 4 ltr engine, thanks jeff and Jordan for this video i enjoy every moment ✌️ ✌️, thanks from tom your friend now and always 🤩 🤩 USA 😎 ☀️ 💎 😎 😊 😊 😊
That's a beautiful 61 Lark, Jeff. ! I looked up the Base price for those in 61,and it was right around 2,378 dollars.! Thats a 170 c.inch 6, I believe that is the first year for that engine. That car is ready for cruising. ! Looks like a good restoration, too. Love the blue w/ white interior. ! Thanks Jeff & Jordan. !
I can do without the manual tranny, and the fender skirts. That said, it's a terrific example of one of the final Studebakers. The Skybolt Sixes did suffer from cracking heads, though, due to the fact that those heads were over torqued at the factory when new, so to me, the reliability history of the '61s is dubious if I were to consider an investment of one of these Falcon/Valiant beaters.
Just saw one up the street in a really rough shape. This one looks incredibly fresh🔥. What an amazing price tag.
Hi Jeff,
This a sweet-looking car,
Thank you, for sharing.
Hey Michael, thanks for checking it out, I appreciate it my friend!
Nice, my mom always talked about her Studebaker Commander. She loved that car.
Thanks for taking a look!
They built Studebakers in my birthplace!
Those were great economy cars in their day. This one is a sweet heart

Thanks for taking a look Gerry. I agree, I don't remember seeing the skirts on a Studebaker before.
Love it

I have a 61' four door Lark VIII that's 90% restored. It's been in the fam since 1963.
Amazing condition, I like color, it matches well with the styling of the car.
Glad you like it Dan, thanks for having a look!
Very nice conditions... Greetings from Brazil!
Thank you for watching!
It's cute!
Beautiful car. My first car was a 62 Lark. I never understood why Studebaker went out of the car business. Mine was a great car.
I have a '56 Skyhawk and I love it. They made some really cool cars for sure.
Very nice young man.
Thanks for watching!

It's my first time seeing skirts on a Studebaker that I can recall.
With gas prices getting higher this could be a car to drive and save some money
The design looks like something out of 1955.
It did look a bit dated for that year. Thanks for taking a look David!

Thanks for checking it out Tom. I'm pretty sure this is the 170 cubic inch engine, so a bit less than 3 liters.
Rode lot of miles in one of these, they were tough little cars. This one is in really nice condition.

Glad you like it Kevin. Thanks for the extra info, I appreciate it!
New sub! Liked 😀🙏
Wide whites and fender skirts! Does it get any better? 👍👍😎🇺🇸 I remember them being about economical.
Very very nice car.
Thanks for having a look Kevin!
Some 1961 models had four headlights.
What year is your studebaker from the videos u have done on it it looks like a 50s model
Mine is a 1956 Sky Hawk, but it has a '53 front clip.
Yeah that's right I think u seaid what year it is in one of the videos I forgot
PS it is a very elegant car 🤟 😊

I could go $10 Grand.....
