Hi. Thanks for this! I'm wondering, if you just use the looper, and you make a loop and stop that loop ( so as to go back later in the song) does the led flash the metronome of the loop? Rob
dont think it does. i just got mine. i cant exactly remember but i think not. i gotta hone my solos once i cut the track, but i've been able to bring it in and still in pretty much the right tempo
I've just started with the looper, and I'm loving the Nux Loop Core Deluxe so far, but need some guidance for using the NMP-2 dual footswitch. I'm confused about which mode to set it on, - latch/open/close. I'm having no problems using it simply to switch up or down between patches, but how do I set it up to use it to stop playback, and how do I use it to tap tempo? Can it only do one or the other (i.e. switch patches up/own, OR stop, OR tap tempo)? Also, and I know this sounds basic, but if I don't plug in a power supply into the NMP-2, it functions fine as a switch up/own, but the A/B lights don't work. When I do plug in a power supply the A/B lights work, but the pedal behaves/functions differently (and confusingly). I've found the User Manual no help with these issues. Any help from you guys would be appreciated!
i am having pretty much the exact opposite problem. i can't seem to have much success using the footswitch to change between patches, but i can easily do the tap tempo and cue it to stop. maybe we just don't know what modes to use? maybe there's a problem with the circuits. did you fix your problem?
I found an explanation, after extensive research. It depends on whether you use a mini or stereo cable. It seems so silly that they wouldn't explain that in the manual or include a stereo cable... check out the explanation m.ruclips.net/video/kyUhA-04B7c/видео.html
Were you using a TRS cable or a normal patch cable? I am thinking that was your problem (seeing this a couple of years later, I post it for others who have the same issue).
Hello. I bought NUX Loop Core Delux and Footswitch NMP-2. Tell me, please, how can I use NMP-2 to switch samples to Loop Core Delux during the game? I can't find the answer in the instructions.
Is there a reason to why aux input got removed? I was considering of buying deluxe version because of 24bit resolution. Now I don't know was I want more: resolution or aux in
wow man I came here curious about this pedal but your chops are such ear candy, I'd rather just listen to loops played by you with your leads soaring and singing over the top.
I just got one of these and I can not hear my bass when recording or a rhythm track is playing. I can hear the recording play back or I can hear my bass while it is not recording or playing a rhythm track. I cannot figure out what is wrong.
On the bottom left of the main pedal there are two different knobs (one ontop of the other) which change volumes. The bottom knob is the volume of the loops you have recorded. While recording your bass loop, try turning said bottom knob down a little so that your bass is recorded louder in comparison to the loop.
We need stereo cable to do this. All after 1.5 yesr mine started to show issues like volumes going up and down. Foot switch doest work consistently. Annoying pedal for sure
the deluxe has a few more bells and whistles. it also gas 24bit processing, the older yellow "loop core" has 16bit processing. which is lower quality sound... but ive read that the yellow one has better in/out capabilities. and is more versitile. . i have the loop deluxe & like it just fine. i read others that perfer the 1st generation yellow unit.
I have a version of this pedal that has a mini jack aux in (stereo in) and yes you can use both the guitar and the keyboard. Also if you have a mixer you could send each channel to the pedal
Damn finally i found it !!! The ultimate small looper pedal in 24 bits sample rate with a decent drum machine N stereo I/O I have just one question = Is there any software 4 PC to manage all the loops ? (such as the Jamman Solo XT)
bloody footswitch isn't changing between tracks. something funky is going on. just got my package and yeah i think there must be faulty wiring. hoping it's just the footswitch because i can replace that with some footswitch (will try out with the loop pedal in a guitar shop). if it's the actual pedal then im pretty screwed. i wanted this pedal to be the real deal. pray for me! once i can select the different tracks/patches then i'll be fine. full functionality as promised. at the moment, missing a pretty key feature...
@@opt123123 Apparently if you use a stereo cable to connect the switch it will work for changing between tracks. Going to try it myself . Pretty frustrating regardless.
@@babakrezaei177 The only way I can stop overdubs is by deleting it then re-record it. Which is a little bit of a pain. However when it comes to looping I am very novice with this pedal. I'm still digging into it. I believe the time is set and you cant increase the time of an overdub. I ran out of time on some of my overdubs and had to start over. Luckily I'm only using this in my studio. I will keep you posted if I find out any more. ~cheers Schopfield Music
I'm confused...at 0.11 seconds we see that the loop core deluxe has the aux in, but after that it does not? This feature is required for keyboard players/vocalists that also want to use the controller.
Richard C. Ranium Yes, I heard back from NUX, and there is no longer an aux in on the new model. In the video we can see the white lettering of aux input on the upper right hand of the unit in the opening shot, slightly out of focus, but then It's gone after 11 secs.
im totaly disapoint with nux looper i have big throuble with start, stop , clear and undo it is complicated and conect one outout on eff pedal and one on mixer it do not work no more nux ...! i ask my self why additional pedal it is not functional!

While you use electric guitar amplifier, we suggest turn on frequency compensation, the drum track sound from "To Amp Out" will be more suitable for Electric Guitar Amplifier. For the "To Mixer Out" will offer cab simulation signal to mixer or PA system. If you use bass or acoustic guitar, remember to turn off "frequency compensation", for more details please check the manual: www.nuxefx.com/uploadfile/2017/0704/Loop_Core_Deluxe_User_Manual.pdf
I got this looper just waiting for it to arrive it would be the first time I use a looper pedal where in my effect Pedal board those it go at the beginning or at the end of it
!. show me how to record a loop, 8 notes is all I need I dont want to hear you play anything just brush the strings, show me how to save that loop. Show me how to add drums and change the tempo, show how each function works and forget all that playing, There is NO video showing how each function works and its a nightmare that you will NOT just figure out because its not user friendly and don't assume we know anything
Yes - the instructions are very poor! OK for a regular tech savvy user but for a guitar player who wants to learn how to use the basic functions, a simple video by somebody - ANYBODY would be most helpful.
NUX make good products but some of them are unnecessarily complicated and the user manuals are very poor. If you want a simple to operate looper/drum machine the Mooer Groove Loop is a better bet.
i hate nux i hve problem with start rec and stop and clear.Vill put in garbage and buy rolland. It is complicated and this remote pedal is stupid if is not separate swich for rec ,clear etc.Im disapoint with it
Can I stop or overdub a phrase with the dual footwitch or does it only works as a preset controller?

this footswitch is a big gimmick... poorly documented and it doesn't even work as in this video, perhaps due to a firmware update
You shouldn't be confused with the footswitch. I clearly am too, but you guys should handle it very well, it is that easy.
Were you using a TRS cable or a normal patch cable? I am thinking that was your problem (seeing this a couple of years later, I post it for others who have the same issue).

Great review. Crucial question: Can you export your track (with the drums)? Or just the loop?
what is B knob for on that dual pedal?

How can I stop the overdub?!
Cause i want to stop playing when wanted to I don’t want it to overdub and auto loop by itself
freakiest cool explanation out here
Sick tone !!
Sorry for the silly question, but is this one better than the yellow one? Seems to be a fantastic pedal
This is the yellow one. But with an extra control pedal attached
I believe this one is far more complicated to use. I will go for the basic nux loop
They are both essentially the same. The deluxe version has better drum sounds and bigger internal memory (6hrs). But both work exact The same.

You have a very unique and special touch to play guitar.Any books or classes coming up ?
I just bought this pedal. I hope i dont have too much of a hard time figuring it out 😕
Nice playing!
this is my first pedal and it is easy to use

Colegas! ¿Cuál es el uso del pedal auxiliar?
What if I use it with an electro-acoustic guitar
Got one for Christmas, just get one
Looks perfect for the busking Musician
Still can't them drums might be faulting in hoping it's not pedal
Does it quantize?

Very cool. What does "frequency compensation" for drums mean?

Nux core deluxe e melhor que o boss rc3 ?
not in my opnion, but nux is well built & quality for less money...
but im a BOSS fan .
Nice playing, you sound like a Steve Morse follower!
Seems pretty cool, but those drums sound meh… good playing though. 👍
Nux core e melhor que o rc3 da boss ?
Sim, pq é 24 bits o da boss é 16.
I don’t think he touched the A/B foot switch once..
Can you hook up a microphone to this?
with a mixer or the right adapter you could
a small 2 or 4 channel mixer from amazon about $50 and you can really expand with the loop deluxe
