Todays dish is the Syam, which is absolutely ridiculous and among the best melees in Warframe currently. With the build in the video you can casually hit dmg cap in your missions, no problem. It is also one of the earliest unlocked melees in the game as there is no MR requirement for it. One-shotting Thrax is back on the menu boys n girls. Enjoy :)

- Fulmination does work on the Kompressa, just no visual indication, you can decide yourself whether 1m extra range (primed fulmination) is worth it or not :).
- If you want you can replace the Riven on the crescendo build for plane ol' Focus Energy, you'll just lose a lil damage.
- If you want to go for pure damage and bring a primary that can deal with acolytes you are looking for a Riven with Melee Damage, Crit Chance and Heavy Efficiency. This allows you to lose the corrosive damage on the Syam.

im running the same shards on kullervo , my build for syam i have a riven and im in electric gas w melee crescendo im basically 100% of the time at 12x combo heavy swinging in millions w only the red crit buff from kullervo but when i pop roar in the mix oh boy i dont prime them , unless its a demo, to build up melee crescendo i use vazarin 2 the vortex to stack ennemies and i swing in the vortex its goes up fast but its only rank 1

ps: my shards are normal shards and i still need to avec them tauforged the arcanes are arcane fury and molt augmented because yk yk more strenght + roar

I've been rocking the Dakra Prime for about a year, I got over 200% CC and over 8CD with 2.5k. Base dmg. along will one or 2 swipe anything. With all the buffs you get from frames and stuff in public matches its pretty much 1 hit anything anyway.
OMG I can't wait to get mine, I'm still holding on to Broken War because I am waiting on this one! I'm vlose to getting it!

I get that ur trying to show the unique mechanic of the syam but let’s be honest, will all the external buffs ur putting, every melee will 1 shoot basically

Yes you're right, I'm just fully investing into the gimmick to see how far I could push it :) And yes FT is 1.0 on the wave, 0.7 on other melee attacks.

Yes but it can one shot anything in a 70 meters long line
It also proccs, if you use fire, oneshot by 6 times
CO is supposed to be multiplicative to base damage mods on the wave, meaning, you get more damage out of it
Use this with kullervo, really, it's silly
I made a minato build on ash and Excalibur with this sword, I'm glad other people use the syam.

Both would be preferable but I'd prefer multishot myself :)
i have a riven for this i bought it the other day paid with clamps i just liked the stats of the weapon it looks good ,i picked up tenet weapons grigori and livia at the same time
This weapon can go up another level just by slapping wrathful advance on dagath.
Ive been playing voruna recently and i love this build for her, she is slapping!! Also juicy riven

Hi Keesie, for the melee crescendo build, is it necessary to have high upfront damage?
I've been trying to make 12x glaive works, but it take too long to reach that.
Do you have any suggestions?
Nikana's deal a decent amount of finisher damage iirc, the best way to go about it is to get the stacks in the beginning of the mission while enemies are weak, then you can get away with less damage. High damage will scale with the heavy attack gimmick so it's a good way to build it like that, but we are 100% overkilling enemies (no enemy needs 2.1B damage) so you could drop some stuff like Arcane Fury.
@@KeesieOilcorner so priming first to proc CO, and modded to have high CC & CD before conditional effect is enough for at least 10 minutes in a mission, for easy time building crescendo

In the "lvlcup" of the video are you useing Tennokai or Crescendo?

"Prior to Update 26.0 (2019-10-31), this mod provided a multiplicative bonus independent of base damage mods at a lower +60% damage per status effect." & "The bonus damage gained by this mod stacks additively with other damage mods like Pressure Point and Spoiled Strike to increase your melee damage (including proc damage like Slash). Total damage is calculated as such:
Total Damage = Base Damage × [1 + Damage Mods + (Condition Overload Multiplier × n)] × (1 + Elemental Mods) (with n being the number of unique status effects currently affecting the enemy)"
But it's currently broken on most projectiles, applying multiplicatively like it used to. Galvanized mods have the same issue.

Can you make Syam shockwaves trigger Melee Influence? Or will the forced heat proc always combine with the electricity mod into rad?
Other, if you have gas build will shockwave still force proc heat, or add to gas damage?

Hi, yep you can make gas electric on the Syam which is really good too :). The heat will add to the gas damage but it will take up 3 mod slots as you have to slot both heat and toxin on the weapon. Otherwise the 1 toxin will combine with the electricity mod and you'll get corrosive heat. Mods on weapons are prioritized to combine before any elements innately present on weapons.
@@KeesieOilcorner Thanks for clarifying! I figured mod slots will be a problem so I'm either going for a melee frame like Voruna or Kullervo to make up for crit/status OR (and this might sound insane) roll a riven untill i get double elements, one being heat.

Does this build work with any frames or just loki?
Works on any frame, I just liked using Loki as he can become fully invulnerable and is not bothered by nullifiers, which can sometimes be an issue for melee builds.

if you cant oneshot lv9999 enemy with armor on then it wont be the most overpowered melee
In theory you can with a slide+heavy, which forces a slash proc, this can go to ~5mil which should kill 99% of the enemies in the game, it's just a bit finnicky to pull off with this weapons' gimmick.
any good rivens i can run on kompressa for even more status ?
Multishot, status chance, status duration are good to have on a riven possibly magazine size or reload speed for quality of life

Why Rolling Guard if you have Safeguard Switch? With as much duration as you have, it should give you more than enough time to wane off any status effects you might incur
