Congrats on 100k again unc; Maybe having Resolution Scaling Method to None might help with FPS issues/lag, I remember I had frame drops every 5 seconds after NVIDIA drivers updated a couple months back, and after turning this off, I get solid 80 fps during most gameplay (Timeouts, halftime show, is 30 FPS, but that might be set to that?). I run the game fine with all texture settings set to medium or below. (Playing this game with NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti). No crashes other than maybe if a save file gets corrupted in myNBA. Hopefully you get it fixed, whether this is the solution or not.
