Just stall the Engine by getting It into 5th gear and and stop stepping on the clutch pedal

У меня было такое! Ключ выбрал- не помогло! Нажал на тормоз. Включил 5-ую передачу и отпускал медленно сцепление. На дизеле было аж 7000 об.мин. На Ford Sierra 1.8 tdi был тахометр до 7000 об/мин.
Don't release the clutch slowly. That just fries it.
Astra h 1.7 turbo seal blew did the same 2nd gear stall...but by then it was too late.
Press the clutch, put in the highest gear, press brake, dump the clutch. If you have automatic gearbox... get out and make a video! 😅
