Watching Kennedy University in this state is really sad. The Ministry of Education has been spending billions building useless buildings in regional universities, yet we are begging the US embassy to renew the historic library at the largest and most historical university in the country. This isn't about a lack of budget; it's about not knowing our priorities and having a beggar mentality.
