**UPDATE** our temp fix has been foiled. I spoke to devs and hopefully there will be a system put in place to circumvent these permission issues soon.

I haven't seen the shelves anywhere, noone has them from what i've seen, and there's absolutely no mention of them being acquired by anyone on reddit, discord, youtube, etc.
Considering nobody as far as we know has it, I have 2 assumptions as to how its acquired. It's either not available yet, and will only be available in some shop bundle (that would suck). OR, it can only be obtained from that designer workbench where you can breakdown furniture formulas into tokens, which you can use to roll for other formulas. I've seen no mention of anyone farming these yet, which could be the reason why we haven't seen the shelves.
Also, a similar layout to the hex layout that I use is the star layout. 4x4 of square foundations, with triangle foundations on the 4 sides creating a 4 pointed star with 8 sides. The square core allows you to use curved walls in the base, which is great for the curved stairs.
I wish the hide wires option applied to the base for everyone rather than just a personal thing, when I chose the hide wires option my friends said they could still see the wires, it seems like its just a client side thing, would be some nice feedback to pass along to the devs if you have the connections to do so.
Another thing I really liked from the previous build you did is we have the option to have multiple white boards / message boards in the base, but now it seems there's a hidden limit on certain item types, in the case of the board you can write it it seems like you can only have 1 of them which is also shared with a photo frame slot, would be nice if we could get multiple of these back, I liked having them for the switches, currently using Neon sign lights as a sort of 'key/marker'

they saved the blueprint you have to have that user to give you permission to build on their house . or you get a permission denyed
Interesting build. Only minor issue with the portal doors is that they take a small amount of damage every time they are used. (I had the "great" idea to make these the only entrance to my base) Make sure they are topped up before starting a purification or they might just break in the middle of it.

can't wait for that electricity guide! I couldn't seem to figure out how to do the electricity groups for turrets and facilities
make a solar panel, connect the solar panel to a switch, connect the switch to only turrets, do the same with a second solar panel / power supply and only connect it to facilities.

I had enough left over resources to build a dedicated starchrom infusing whatever its called tower, basically a Cross with machine guns, then a three story tower with machine guns on each floor, and the generator thing on the ground floor in the middle of the cross.. I do my weekly churning, made it a blue print to remake it, and then broke it down. Keeps the base esthetic.

They came up to the one block away from walls your threats are on and behind them was an easy run but you did fire bullets with your few friends and they where closer then 10 feet of your walls. That being said it still seemed super easy with the turrets and there perks
@@Snow101Bunny I fired a few bullets just to get the loot as for them getting closer yeah a few got through defense but that’s only because we did the highest tier and all 40 stones at the same time if ur having trouble u could just do to run half and half to make it slightly easier
3:28 about a week ago they changed it so now the person has to give build permissions for you to save a BP (for those having trouble doing this).
They should make a new facility item for active deviants and have the current containment units just be for displaying deviants. For example, have an Active Containment unit that can hold 20 deviants in the single unit and those are your 20 active deviants. Then the current units are just for displaying purposes and fall under furniture.

Built my base of this video, used the base design and went from there. Only difference is I used normal stairs and not spiral, really cool shape and layout 😀
in the end its a huge base tour and look what i built but not rly much tipps for players whom are building and may not have your knowladge. distance of turrets - why and how to increase the level of the floor - that you can also increase the level for pumps and turrets.. all the little neat things that may be interresting are missing :/

If people didnt know if you cant find a persons base you can run into their build area and press b and then go and save their build. so i ask you Mr glitchiz what server are you on and where is your base so i can save it as a blueprint
im on PvE01-00008 also you do need permissions from the owner and i mentioned the saving of blueprints in the video u must have issed it lol. lastly i have a new video dropping tonight of me building the entire base from scratch so if u cant get the blueprint u can at least watch that tutorial and ill show everyone exactly how to build it :)
@@Glitchiz I will gladly watch the video of building it ground up but I copied the base from the build video you linked and of what I’ve seen you put your farm on the second floor and I put mine on my top floor I found my way I like the base but it is a amazing base

Can you provide more info on how someone in your hive shared the glass walls? Is that a hive only option or can I share any recipe with people on my friends list?
any friend u want. basically just go to prints and pull up the glass skin bundle after u buy it. there should be an option to link any friends u have up to 3 or 4 on a list and once there assigned u can then go to there base and reskin it for them i believe
For some unknown reason, I am in love with this design, I'm still building the old version...But having walls from glades is not a good idea for the raiders
@@AidenksaH1Z1 agreed this is definitely a PvE base I would bolster the defenses a bit more on pvp and probably not use glass lol
Definitely a nice base for doing PVE content, you should look at foundation / double wall + roof stacking for PVP bases when doing echos, i've got a sort of 4x4 all double stacked with a acid pump system underneath all contained

Can the blueprints you save be shared? So others can build your build?
I really wish they’d fix the height adjustment tool. Never seems to work well. And just building in general is a headache.
And when you have multiple buildings on a territory sometimes it won’t let you save the blueprint.

Awesome build. I am so glad they added spiral staircases. It looks so cool in the middle of your build!
I know this video is 10 days+ old now; few things I noticed: Get a clan member to drop 64 slot chests for you if you don't have the spec yet... life change. Also the mine platforms are basically trash as you can get a few hundred thousand ore with a little food and a mining session in a good area; you are better off using the slot they take up to pump water/oil/acid depending where your base is. Obviously moving to a zone that has pollution (and using deviant power generators) will give you the most power (granting more water/oil/acid pumps). Place a lower foundation below the ones you have now (there are video guides on how to connect these foundations on different levels) and then place a sandbag on each of the lower foundations for the ultimate monsterproof foundation. Dont bother with Eels on your power stations unless you are doing a min-max base with the most water/acid/oil/refiners as possible as the extra power will stop randomly when the eel goes to recharge; also the "little eyeballs" on the devient are not always good, there are bad traits that can actually make the devient worse (like a trait for example that lowers total power from 100 down to 95, or one that borrows power from other devients around it. These can negatively affect your total rates... those a few things i saw. hope this helps someone
Good concept , I think its the best base and suits with any terrain , made a tons of adjustment to make it feels big + the water collection system and everything . Overall the game is damn fun 🎉

Just an FYI. You don't get loot from raids if you don't hit the enemy so you might want to be actively tagging each mob. Specially the elites.

Deviant generators give 40W with the specialization. Likely more with an electric eel.
this is true however they only work in deviated polluted zones which really limits your base building locations.

How does the glass skin sharing thing work? If I buy it I can share with 4 other people so they can build glass on their own territory? do I need to be in a hive?
@@zero604 when u share it with a friend all it does is let the person who bought the skin updates the look of there friends bases the friends don’t actually get access to it

But idk how to make working! If you have a video! For all the memetics specialization will be gratefull
all u have to do is build your base in an area that has pollution. u can tell its a polluted zone if u have a negative energy meter blinking on your backpack and u take sanity checks. if u build in an area like that your pumps will draw in polluted water. those special pumps can pull in a special type of poluted water from that same zone that can be turned into stardust sources. so long story short its same setup as a normal water pump u just have to use the special one and make sure your building in a pulluted zone.

The sulfur chemist specilization just a matter of good RNG for drop, or is there a way to increase the drop chance? No one on my server sells it
its straight RNG for the mid tier specialization rolls. and also RNG trying to get it from silos lol
Question: Is the base area able to extract refined oil and dirty water as well?
technically yes u just need to move your base closer to one of the nearby streams u can then have a few pumps near the water and some other on land for the fuel
If they said u don’t lost your weapons if it was higher lvl and u get reset how u are going to use them being lvl 1 in the next season when is reset
u keep your higher tier version for late game and then recraft the tier 1 version with your saved blueprint at beginning of the game
You should come see my base on EU PvP 0004 if possible.
Took inspiration of your base as i always try to do this kind of design in PvP and added all 3 garages outside + 2 lvl floor on last floor for plantation optimisation.
Entire base is working without having to turn electricity off except if you use like 10+ pokemon that use electricity or that you are doing an oil farm.
Right now it s setup for oil farm 5 pump for oil / 6 refinery / 2 pumps for water but could be transform for acide farm.
Great design to be able to easily adapt to any farm you want to do. Sadly i m missing the furniture to put my farm to the next level with 24 plots x2
I would suggest to everybody to dont take any +100 structures spec to be able to save a good building version for next season.
Ofc doble electricity buff is a must have right now have 6 solar panel ++ with doble buffs 32 W per panel without any Electric Eel. To be able to max out oil prod just turned off electricity for deviants as it s not that useful honestly which allow me to save up few electric eel slots to add more deviants which is better in my opinion.
An additional type => Target Dummy count as 1 defense turret same as Alarm and Flamethrower.

Is there a way that your can move your base/structure in your territory region? (I built on the edge of my territory to test your build....but when i was done, i realised i cant move my structure to the centre :D)
unfortunately no not yet. u would have to save your finished house blueprint first. break everything down, and then use the blueprint to quickly rebuild it up from scratch again in the proper position u want it to be in.
Wish that glass skin option also work for the small building parts. Hopefully the dev's could get that added into for the dosh dropped for it haha. Glad to help them as I enjoy the game and those I play with.

I'm having the hardest time snapping the deviant units on the 2nd floor to the grid, it always does it at an angle and never aligns with walls due to the hexagon shape of the house. Did you do it manually without grid snap>?
@@zero604 hit “caps lock “ to disabled grid snapping with allow u to be more precise with your rotations

@@LudlowSRK yes u would start from scratch nothign carries over that being said we may have come up with a brilliant way to share the base blueprint with anyone on any server without needing permissions. so hang tight! ill probably be dropping a brand new video about it

I have my normal base and defense base purely for purification. But the game doesnt allow me to transfer to a different location and build a different version of my base.

For copy the design of other people, or doing a draft of their bases, you need permisions. Otherwise you can not do it.

I want to copy your base my man, I am brand new to this, but Damn that is a perfect base. You mentioned it's possible to copy someone elses base with a blueprint, what server are you in?
yeah unfortunately u need there permission atm which means u would have to be on same server as me. PvE1-00008. i have spoken to the devs about this though and think they may be working on a new system to share blueprints with people more easily in the future. that being said if ur not on my server i also recently uploaded another video going over step by step how to build my base from scratch so worst case scenario u can just follow my video and within 30-40 mins youll be able to make it yourself its pretty straight forward :)

i copied this design with slight modification on flooring, and actually added 4 more turrets and still can't purify a lv 35 max stack purification, the turrets don't do nearly as much as i thought they would & the umbrella boss just destroys my walls around the stardust purifier and idk what to do lol
1.) are they lvl 3 turrets. 2.) is your base made out of cement foundations. anything less than cement and tier 3 turrets i wouldnt end trying max tier 3 cortexs on. the enemies r just too strong. but if the base and turrets are max level quality it should do the job no problem. also keep an eye out for the turret buff specializations. those help them do more dmg as well
you can also build near water. the deviants cant spawn in water so with strategic base placement u can rly funnel the enemy spawns where u want and make the fights a bit easier as well.
@@Glitchiz I actually do have all of that, however I lowered the level instead of having it at max height and it seems to be doing better, also put the base in water to help with the enemies just slamming my walls immediately, only problem I’m having now is the 2 final elites (umbrella and the guy that throws shit) but It’s not an issue to just engage them

Awesome build, I used your idea and made it my own. I also bought the glass bundle and tried to share it, but my friend still shows it as locked. How can he use it after it is shared?
"shareing" doesnt mean they unlock it for themselves it just means ur allowed to go in and skin there base as well. for up to three people. Personally i found this to be stupid as well and have brought it up to the devs. they are having a meeting about it and one dev has spoken out saying they are considering just giving out 4 seperate codes upon purchasing that bundle pack that way all 4 friends get there own copy. Its kind of anoying that only one person has to go through and do all the re-skinning themselves to everyone's bases. So yeah the devs are aware.
Saw a base that had different level adjustments in several locations but I can't for the life of me figure out how they did that. They had their entire base, with multiple buildings, connected with roads that were lowered nearly all the way to the ground.
tried this yesterday before watching your video runjning up to another persons base to save there build is cool but you need permissions from that player to be able to do so now

Nothing against your base but you know unless you want to really get creative, there really are only two ways to build your base, you either build a box by using the square foundations or you use the triangles and end up with well, your base.
So I dont think everyone is copying your base design, because it is one of the two most basic forms you automatically end up with, when you just use one foundation block

So when upgrading base from wood to stone with blueprint, does it keep everything you have in your chests and fridge etc?

@@Glitchiz How do you do it? I ended up just putting each piece over existing structure because I couldnt figure out how to upgrade entire base at once with a click. When you try the button it just said it couldnt be completed despite having all the needed materials and memetic skills.
@@Imnuktam my blueprint is made with cements bricks so if ur trying to do it with wood its not gunna work. u gotta build with wood first. also im not sure if u can auto update all materials. ive always gone through and manually changed every single piece

If only glass bundle would be a bit cheaper, prices kinda high. But it is just cosmetics, game is good.
The base marble with 3k hp goes down after a few hits from lvl 15 and the turret can't seem to hit the target... I dunno what's wrong 😭
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the skin of the already built house to the glass skin once bought without breaking them down and rebuilding the whole building again with new glass skin??? Thnks in advance!!!🙏🙏
@@user-pi1nc3er7s the glass package is a “skin” u build ur house and then u just complete by piece and swap the “texture” basically of each piece nothing has to actually be rebuilt
I assume when you go to build it after saving it, you MUST have the full materials in your inventory? Even if its just wood to start right? If you dont, what happens?
blueprints are carried over to next season yes, and will be build with lower level materials yes
but upgrading is tedious no? yo ucan't level your base atm, you can plunk a new blueprint down so you need to tear it down by hand right? piece by piece? or am i missing something?
the blueprint will always recognize the highest tier materials u have. no need to break it down just use the blueprint again a second or third time and each time it should attempt to rebuild it with whatever the highest lvl materials u have are.
@@Glitchiz yes, but isn't lower tier materials then not different in how it looks, or different in defence value when doing base defense things? it's just super odd to me that they reset it every 6 weeks and we get to farm and do everything again.
i'm tempted to get started in once human, but in 1 month i loose all progress i make now. that is holding me back from jumping into the game atm.
Doesn't all of this gets reset on a new season? What's the point of doing it ? Genuine question.
@@TheBrocktonBlockbust a new season Is going to have new content so u start fresh and build up again in new map locations that haven’t been discovered yet and explore new areas and new story

what about the house decoration formulas btw? do they get wiped too?
all blueprints and formulas u unlock are kept. the only formulas u lose are the basic ones like ur crapy bed etc.. that are tied to your memetics because memetics get reset

cuz my buddy bought it first otherwise i would have. when u buy it u get to share it with up to 3 other friends for free as well. so there was no need for me to buy it a second time. otherwise i would have lol
How many Structures did you have left? i built very similar and am at 692/700. tried to fence in roof like you did and i dont have enough slots lefts
ive added a few things since my video and im only at 570
Was about to build this but the base bug got me. Territory terminal dissapeared and its not in the ground or anything like that so cant upgrade my area to fit the build

to have it look exactly the same yes you would have to buy the glass pack. it still looks cool with just cement though
Can we set a filter for storage to only take certain types of materials?
nah gotta do it manually 1 time then after that just hit "H" and it will only transfer matching items after u set it up one time
