I went to Canley Vale High School and grew up in Cabramatta in a Spanish/Polish, born in Belguim kind of culturally mixed up house hold. Through marriage we have Loatian culture that has become a staple part of our culinary expression, alongside paella, the usual Spanish tapas and even the wonderful Tunisian couscous Royal from my father's upbringing in Tunisia.
