How can we trust that these instructions are accurate when the company lies to customers in official correspondence and destroys their devices without notification or consent?

I got some sidecutters, a screwdriver, and a REALLY bad attitude, when can I start in your repair department?
If you don't think I'm qualified I'll cut you a deal, for just the cushy medical technician job I can stab and slash at customer devices WHILE I'm talking to them, I know it's a lot of work for one guy but like I said, I really just want to take out some anger on medical devices in the name of corporate greed.
Where's the part where you cut wires and run screwdriver through it when you decide it's no longer your problem to repair a device?
AVOID THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS!
Just to give you dislike for destroying the device of that guy. Also, both my wife and I work in medical field. Rest assured that you will never sell anything to us.
Find another company. Eiton won't fix defective units, doesn't allow user or 3rd-party repairs, refuses to sell parts, & will destroy your pump after saying they can fix it.

Don't buy their products. If you send your own equipment in for repair, they will destroy it, and bill you for repair and disposal, even if they didn't fix it, or were asked to dispose it.
This company is the worst ... stay away
