@@vivianransom9024 I could see it either way. I would be inclined to think the same way as you normally. But he consistently explained how his dad had one rule and that was to not drink or do drugs. Not even a rule but like strong guidance for success. I could see a father’s counseling outweighing peer pressure. And both his father and brother had a problem with it and he could presumably see how it affected them from a younger age.

I took a semester of gen ed and that’s it. I mean I read and write but on my own time without being forced to in order to receive a degree. I like and do educate myself but it has to be on my own terms and I have to have multiple things going on at the same time. If I focus on one thing I end up spacing out.
