I actually pre-ordered the original Hasbro one, but the seller I transacted with had some shady practices and didn't pull through with the order. The products never arrived, so I decided to refund it instead.

I got my hands on the originals of both ben reilly and symbiote spiderman, and id like to warn you that they are not the same as the retro spiderman when it comes to the arm rotation, they are really tight ratchet-ish joints, I ended up breaking my ben reilly due to trying too hard to make the arm rotation smooth and not overly tight
Thanks for the heads up, I have an original retro spider-man on the way so I'll take note of this.
It may be a good thing however for this bootleg to have not so tight joints then. Luckily didn't find anything that I feel like I might force and break (except for the crotch drop down joint but it's pretty movable now)
Hasbro has been really bad about that now days... Fortunately it's an easy fix with some hot water.
@@nolanwebster1039 Man mine came with a worse QC issue, the butterfly joint on mine already has a tear on top of the arm joint when you put it up, even if it was MOC.
Did you fix the wrong sides butterfly joints? You should do a video of how do that

I followed tutorials like this on how to crack torsos, the only difference is, on this particular bootleg, there is already a gap on the torso in which i just pried open, also used hot water to loosen the glue that holds them together (since they were not as strong)

@@catphil5709 all mostly tight, the abs balljoint and ab crunch are the only parts that are loose. Easy fix with pledge or superglue
