    n.b. usual, local pronunciation of Herefordshire parishes mentioned: St Weonards (pron St Wonards), Llandinabo (pron Llandinaybo). Llanwarne (pron Llanworn).

    What do you do when you have too many people with the same last name in the same area? This is one of my biggest problems. I am also in the U.S., and don't like that I can't turn to someone in England and ask for help.

      I would like to see Infor how to get records for people in Italy before 1837 as that is where my family is from not Ireland or England, It is tough trying ti find parish records for the churches in Italian towns

      I have this same issue. I am using excel and have a different tab for each "John Smith." As the same name is in 1841 England and Wales Census, I start with that census and move out with each family from there, in excel.
