How did you get the construction Loan for the large duplex. You bought for 270k, and appraiser valued ARV at 318k. 80% would be 254,400. Or did you end up using a different loan.

I wanted to ask Matt hopefully he can see that question, but what were the conditions on the Construction Loan as far as income documentation? Was it is based on Conventional or FHA loan conditions? Did they request 2 years of Tax Returns and if you are W2 employee in your company - 2 years of W2s? Thank you in advance!
