House looks better from the outside. There is a lot I would want to change about the inside of this house!

WOW Jira this Luxury Pool Villa looks fantastic but I think a little over my budget of 5.5 million baht for a Resale Luxury Pool Villa with 3 bedrooms and atleast 3 or 4 bathrooms and a covered car port. Double preferred.

Nice place, but it would be better to make it a small hotel and relaxing weekends,

In the uk. The over price takes the inflation of other countries out of it.
This one is simply not worth it
well the golden rule is 'never invest money in Thailand you can't afford to lose' and this is fair chunk of change to invest in Thailand. Also note that you can't own this property outright as a Farang

However if it all goes badly with your Thai partner/wife the story typically ends with the Farang losing both (or having an unlikely fatal accident or 'commiting suicide'...). You can do the lease thing for some protection, or set up a company of course, but the home is never really 'yours' in the Western legal sense.

Dear Jira, please avoid to say...high quality...I will give you an advise for professional sales: make a discription of the materials (marble, or stainless steal, or Theak wood or solid wood or name of the brand or made by...)so a customer then has a better imagination.... because everybody want to buy high quality....

@@sassann9037 yes I agree but I’ve been living in hua hin the past 3 years now and only paid 29 million for mine and I would say it was a lot more better value for the money . I’m not starting an argument my friend I’m just letting people know what they can get for the money in hua hin . I appreciate everyone opinion 😃. I agree Thailand is beautiful country loads better than the U.K.

I totally agree. Furniture isn't for me either, and that isn't really how I would design a house for that much value. The section is nice though with nice mountain views and looking over all the fat old farangs trudging around after little white balls 🙂
@@matthewgreen9062 yeha that is still a pretty top of the range price in Hua Hin. Good for you. I'm tossing up between buying, renting forever, or buying a nice rai or two and building my own personal 'dream' house. what was your criteria for deciding on your purchase if you don't mind me asking?
@@DanielMLaw well you could be Construction Manager but Thais can do the actual work because they are cheaper. Of course you'll need to move to Thailand first and get a work visa...
For this price I would expect a Porsche in the garage, not a Ford.

Looks great from the outside. The inside not so much. Horrible blue color. Poorly designed bathrooms. Water will be going all over the floors because they failed to make a ledge for separation. Major FAIL. Those bowl shaped sinks are a big mistake. Water splashes everywhere.
