I've been watching you since middle school, and I'm not too sure how to describe it, but maybe I just grew up. I went from loving swimming, to not swimming in high school, to loving swimming again in college. Hey Cody, well wishes for the Olympics and the US Open.
Hey, I am 16, currently half past my junior year in high school. I am looking forward to get recruited into a D1 school, but I fear that my times are too slow. I've been 39.8 in a 50m Free (long course and 46.7 in a 50m Breast (long course). I have just recently started focusing into competitive swimming just like a few months ago. But I have dropped over 15 seconds in both the strokes mentioned above. Is it possible for me to get recruited in a good D1 scool?

@@purselmer5931 yeah it really is crazy but the GAC definitely gets the use it should in terms of how many people actually practice there day to day
@@Chickenandeggs_ I see what you're saying, and while I know it doesn't sit idle, it's one of, if not the, premiere aquatic facility in this entire country. That there aren't future olympic-caliber swimmers swimming there on a regular basis really boggles my mind. Seems it should also attract the country's best coaches. I come from a club (years ago) that put an Olympian on every team from 1980 through 2000 and we had only a 6-lane, 25-yard pool. We would have KILLED for a GAC, lol.
