I scored a 73 on the ASVAB! I’ve been watching your videos for a long time I remember when I took the Pi-Cat and scored a 47 in February and when I told my recruiter I wanted to take the ASVAB instead of taking that 47 he told me it was a mistake. Yesterday, I reviewed my spam comments, and a user by the name of "Nclex RN Teaching" was trying to post comments about ASVAB tutoring on my channel. After reviewing their channel, it's clear that they were attempting to scam people. If you do use an online tutor, please never pay for more than one tutoring session upfront. A legitimate tutor will have no problem with that whatsoever.

Teaching me more than any $20 Asvab book has done these past few months, although in this particular video i'm having a difficult time converting the questions into the appropriate equation. Getting the math done is not a problem! But i find myself stumped as to which of the 3 type of word problems to use for each question. Is there a trick to figure the correct type to use that i'm not seeing? Your help is always greatly appreciated! Keep up the Great work!
If you practice enough, you should get more comfortable doing it. Again, it may take several attempts of writing out the equation before you figure out what the correct one is.

always thought of it as money like if you have a dollar which is 4 quarters you take one away you just took 25 cents away now you have 75 cents which is 3/4, so half of 1/4 is 1/2 or you can say 50 cents of that 1$ ....I dont know people have their own ways of solving problems.
Honestly, you should focus on learning problem-solving techniques rather than worrying about knowing when to multiply and divide. A little late, but I'll take a shot. The main goal is to isolate the variable. Which ever side of the equation has the variable (E.g n, x , y) you use the number associated with it to divide both sides by. Example: 15x = 30 15 has the X, to get the x by itself you would need to divide 15 by 15 and 30 by 15. It would look like : 15/15x = 30/15 . The 15's cancel out on the left side of the equation and 30/15 would be 2. The equation would be X = 2

I feel like it's easier to do the formulas where you can use "What # is % of #" from the last video's for these problems instead of using this formula. I got the same answers.
I take my test on the 9/22 and this has helped me a lot . My first practice test I score a 26 and hopefully when I go test I score a 50 or above ….. arithmetic reasoning is what I need the most attention in

I took my asvab twice and I didn't pass so.... Next month is my last chance to pass because if I fail it, again.... I will have to wait 6 months. My first score was a 15 and my second score was a 23. I want to join the Navy. I'm not really good with math problems, at all.
