Vh1 did a special years ago..it was called " The most Influential bands of all time " FNM came up time and time again. Out of 100 bands asked who had the most Influence on them. Around 45 of them said FNM..That is how important FNM have been In the world of music.
music will never be the same without all these bands from the 80's and early 90's man they were the days metallica, faith no more, gunners, soundgarden, acdc they were the days.
I am a huge fan of Death Metal, as I am fan of bands such Death (Schuldiner's band), Suffocation, Broken Hope or Morbid Angel, etc, I am fan of Faith No More. They've changed and saved my life six years ago. Epic. A thousands apologies if my english is bad (shit, sure it is) I'm from Argentina, long live FNM and thanks father for show me this amazing band in one of your videotapes, wherever you are in heaven
I just love this band, more than any other. I first fell in love in the early 90's when they were supporting Guns n Roses on their Use Your Illusion tour. I remember standing near the front getting knocked about by the crowd and I just had this moment of clarity - this was the music that I had been searching for. I'm nearly 38 now and I still feel exactly the same - this is my favourite band of all
I was at this gig (showing my age I know) only went because Faith No More were playing. My sympathies go out to anyone who never saw this band live. ABSOLUTELY THE GREATEST BAND EVER!!!
A fucking great band! Great two last albums, great music, sound, lyrics, and image, they never sold out, they were excentric and intelligent at the same time.
Saw these boys in 92' at The Warfield in San Fran....never forget that show...I was spinning like a freakin Mo Fo!! Pit was the schznit!! Patton was in rare form, dickin with bungle voices in the faith no mo line up...it rocked!!!
I've been checking these all out. So true, Billy rocks SO HARD & yet you can get behind him. Like rocking out is that easy! He really is a big part of the "glue" that makes this a masterpiece of cooperation! VERY underated. But he's having fun, so like he cares!!! That's rock n' roll!
Awesome! Thanks for posting. I'm one of the few FNM fans that happen to think they did their best work on the last two records they recorded,....love this song.
With the first few notes it’s still a miracle they recognize this song from the bass part in epic. But then again that’s why his bass parts are truly out of this world. Not to mention mike Patton’s voice live is always spotless
I watched them in BBK live 2010 (Bilbao) in the 'Come back Tour' and they rock as ever!!! Everyone performed the songs perfectly and Patton is the definitive showman!!!
Hope you're including their first album in that statement. I'd say 'We care a lot" is their first and best followed by Angeldust. Awesome live too, saw 'em in 91 and 97. Tight as hell.
best singer ever.
this is getting old ... and so am i ;)
its amazing how much the triangle chimes add to the overall effect of the song.
Mike makes me smile.

Only a kickass band like Faith No More can rock an audience in broad daylight. Without the help of visuals and lights.
THAT'S how a fucking bass guitar should sound!
this video was uploaded closer to the date of the concert than the upload date is today
The best live version of the last cup of sorrow version
music will never be the same without all these bands from the 80's and early 90's man they were the days metallica, faith no more, gunners, soundgarden, acdc they were the days.
Bass, guitar, keys, piano, drums are all amazing. Adding this voice makes it just perfect.
the bass riff on this track is amazing
So glad they are back. Blast from the past. This song really brings back memories...
easily the most underrated band of all time.
Gotta love bass players
good ones are hard to find, and when you do, hold on to them tight! lol

This is getting old and so are you!..love that line
Mike just may be one of the most neglected artists out there today... such a shame too, he is amazing.
Hell yes. They're fucking back! If they tour the U.S. nothing will stop me from seeing them
I love this song! Big fan of Mike's other stuff too. Super talented guy! My favorite musician by far.

The thing about Billys playing is he chooses the silences as well as the notes.
Thats what makes it really special. very sweet mix.

Best news ive heard for 11 years...
i agree with you 100%
it really sucks that Jim left the band in the 90's. what a great band Faith No More were. So creative ahead of the times.
