Well done madam Kate, this is another great video . It's amazing seeing you do what you do even as a young mother ,with so much life and enthusiasm. God will bless the works of your hands. As for the tipping off of the tender tips it's a common practice for me in all my fruit crops gardens. It makes for more branches, faster and fuller canopy of the tree. It also helps (together with proper pruning ) to keep your plants short ,healthy and most importantly, easy to manage..
You are doing great work Kate but as you said in a previous video that to export seedlings you have to wash off all the soil, how will the seedlings survive if we order some to try in my country Guyana??
This is very encouraging kate. I did not know apples can grow in that in that dry rocky hot area! I took some seedlings from your farm, beautiful home in Laikipia. I grew the seedlings in the tea growing colder area of kericho and they have not done as well as what you have shown us. I will visit that farm soon.

I would suggest to give your interviewees a mike so we can hear them clearly. Also have no back ground noise like i can hear people digging the ground it becomes distractive

Oh yes. We keep hearing manure. But most people do not know there is a science to it. There is a ratio and also the most important it has to be dry and not wet straight from the animal.

You are not quite clear, especially towards the end of the video, what is the essence of applying ash to the trees?- could not hear Ambrose.
Thank you
Sorry about that. It's wood ashes ment for sweetness of the fruits n also has potash
How often should one apply the Ash? Ambrose says if you overdo the Ash, the taste changes.
Abrose is not even audible.
What's the spacing
