I’ve made choux pastry in the past and it’s always a hit or Miss, trying one recipe at a time numerous times, and not getting great results. But yours worked out to perfection the first time, even my family (who are my kitchen Guinea pig’s 😂) expressed their opinion on this recipe stating it’s the best one I’ve ever made.
