Just finished the show, what a masterpiece. Full of action, horror, emotion, and sends so many messages throughout. I'm not really into the zombie genre, but korean directors nail zombie shows and films as seen with this, train to busan, and kingdom. This is a must watch show
After watching this series, it absolutely never fails to give me chills whenever I think that all this chaos, all these deaths, all this tragedy started from an innocent and curious girl who got bit by a rat... Damn, bro, just process that...
Everyone is talking about zombies but what I understand the main thing this series is highlighting is the dangers of bullying and corruption and other stuff. Letting go of a small crime bcoz the one who committed the crime is privileged and him/her oppressing the victim can turn that innocent victim in to a villan. The series is really good.
Really good??? what ? Average show. The dramatisation of everything was unnecessary. They can run and kick zombies, but struggle to kick one zombie out of the room? Gosh, the awkward romance and interactions. Cringe. When two people are arguing and the rest just watch... I can't. I like how it took 11 episodes for that half-zombie girl to actually do something useful, then later act like a maniac. What a waste.
Korea has really stepped up the quality of their movies and TV productions in the last 10 years. From what I've seen the last few years they are overtaking Hollywood quickly.
Agreed! It helps that foreign countries/companies started investing a lot of money in them. I feel like they always had the potential to do great overseas like in the U.S, but never had as much money as Hollywood to do some epic CG. Now that Netflix invested a lot in the Korean film industry I have a feeling that we're going to get even more great things to watch :)
I would says close to 20 years now especially with movies. Old Boy, Memories of Murder and The Chaser were masterpiece released in the early 2000s. I have not seen any Hollywood movies that has dare to reach those level yet.
Cheong-san jumping around on that library scene was really epic and intense!! It was a unique and realistic idea at the same time! Genius. If there was a zombie apocalypse and I were in a library at school?? REALLY well written and done. Could've easily been a spinoff of "Train To Busan". But I like the line reference to the movie haha 😄 And Nam-ra...love you girl!!! You're definitely my type!! 💪💪💯😄
Sometimes i feel like the only reason Cheongsang survived all those risky moves in the beginning was because of plot armour and simply just being the protagonist lol
Not only did I binge watch this but I couldn’t get enough…. Every sec was well used and all of the characters played their roles so well! I felt immersed into the show too as if I was in it.

It's because Korean entertainment is ruled by the same cult/group that rules Hollywood. It's the same game, just different players.
Korean dramas are killing it! So glad so many people are finally giving them a chance
If there was one K drama I wish I have the ability to erase my memory just to rewatch, it would be IRIS.
@@asch9019 yooooo Iris was soo good!
pretty sure this is up the horror-action alley way...
Another corny teenage angsty survival flick 🤢🤢
It's more horror action thriller to be called k drama
Cheong-san jumping around on that library scene was really epic and intense!! It was a unique and realistic idea at the same time! Genius. If there was a zombie apocalypse and I were in a library at school?? You best believe I'd be jumping like a freaking spider man all over the book shelves to escape them hahaha finally some common sense!! 👏 Loved the series!! Season 2 PLEASE! REALLY well written and done. Could've easily been a spinoff of "Train To Busan". But I like the line reference to the movie haha 😄
And Nam-ra...love you girl!!! You're definitely my type!! 💪💪💯😄

They really did him dirty at the end.
Lol one of my favorite scenes. Cheong San was definitely my favorite character because of it
@@arianacabello93 i think he turn into halfbie🤔
Sometimes i feel like the only reason Cheongsang survived all those risky moves in the beginning was because of plot armour and simply just being the protagonist lol
I watched this show 3 times.. Differently worth each time. Hope season 2 comes soon..
This series was legit so engaging , that I was literally bawling my eyes out when it ended .
Ugh I miss them 😭😭😭😭
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@mmpj twod nah there is still a few zombie series better than this

wt happened in the end? this is predictive programming anyway
This is the power of Netflix that they are bringing such good Korean shows to the mainstream platforms ! Keep up the good work 😊

@@shwetprakash4880 no honey, If you can't enjoy a certain show in its original language then you have no right to watch it. Now get out 🤗
@@heeseungs_right_toe shut your bitch ass up, let him/her watch the show in whatever language he/she wants to, bts stans have no rights in this world
Not only did I binge watch this but I couldn’t get enough…. Every sec was well used and all of the characters played their roles so well! I felt immersed into the show too as if I was in it. As me being in high school it was so relatable to a tea but also it felt so real.
Please please please renew this show! It’s so good and deserves another season, also thank you so much for all of the hard work that everyone put into it!!❤️
When Dr. Lee said: "I told all of you if you don't pay attention to slight humiliation, the violence will rule all over the world but you didn't pay attention to me. That was the best sequence of series.👌🏽
This Korean drama is based on the 2009 Korean webtoon "Now At our school". At that time, this webtoon(Joo Dong-geun) was popular in Korea
If you've seen this drama, I recommend this Korean webtoon
2009's Korean Webtoon will be slightly different from this drama
Did they see chong san on the roof ? Is he gonna come back? I just wonder that. What happend on the webtoon?
the good thing about this series is that instead of the cliche what is going on vibe they know exactly what is going on and know how to deal with it.
btw will the series come all once or we'll have to wait every week for the eps to comeout?
