Still underrated
Beyond amazing.
Revisiting this half a year later, it's still quite impressive. You might have to be 50 or older and have been through more of life to really get it. I don't know how old Dan Snaith is but he's gotta be over 40 at least if he had anything to do with making this. It's romantic and unique and brilliant.

That was a hell of a tracking shot, with excellent acting and effects, sure looked like it was one take. The video creates far more ambiguity than the audio for me, but it's synergistic and it works. I really liked it; but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to think afterwards. I think with art, that might just be the whole point.

Dan Snatih es el nombre bajo el que se esconde Caribou, uno de los artistas que están llamados a convertirse en un auténtico gurú de la electrónica. Su último trabajo es una oda al hedonismo, a las repeticiones dance y a sus efectos, directo al centro de la pista. Tiene temas rotundos e irresistibles como como: "Can’t Do It Without You","Second Change" o "Our Love". Este artista canadiense recoge las influencias de la cultura club, sin despreciar el deep house o lo minimalista. Cuatro años ha pasado desde "Swim", un disco que destapó la sonoridad de las esencias, este su sexto trabajo demuestra que no ha perdido el ritmo. Habrá que esperar al 6 de noviembre en la sala Razzmatazz de Barcelona para averiguar cómo es capaz de materializar estas nuevas canciones en directo. Caribou ha conseguido con "Our Love" entrar en el top 10 del Reino Unido. En concreto el álbum ha entrado en el octavo puesto de las ventas británicas, algo que no había conseguido hasta ahora.

She has lived a long life with the love of her love who just passed away and she is ready to "re-join" him. Pure and simple, great song but slightly intense and unsettling video not that i didn't enjoy it somewhat.

to be honest. I didn't like syro... i am however very pleased with caribou's new album.
Brian Cha I didn't dislike it but I don't see myself going back to it ever. Definitely will be listening to the new Caribou over Syro. Check out Caribou's performance on KCRW from the other day it's awesome

Jim Jimmies I never said you have to, I know people have a choice and people should have a choice, personally I like the music taking it over while im intoxicated, it just enhances, honestly I can listen to jazz and really enjoy it sober, sometimes I feel a natural high from music, I just like it really intense so I take drugs
Some people really dont enjoy repetitive music and I think if they were on drugs maybe they would "get it"
