The classic mazurek is a cake with a semi-crumb base with a sweet creamy chocolate mass, icing and nuts and dried fruit.
The recipe presented in this video is simple and quick, so no one should have any problems with it, so I encourage you to relax a bit in the kitchen and surprise your household with a delicious traditional cake, which should not be missing on the Easter table 😊.
Cake:
- 400 g of wheat flour
- 200g of butter
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 yolks
Chocolate mass:
- 250g of your favorite chocolate
- 250g of sweet cream
- 30g of sugar
- 45g of butter
Extras: At your discretion, I used roasted almond flakes and eggs, chocolate bunnies and carrots, but you can also use nuts, nuts and dried fruits and anything that pleases the eye and pleases the palate 😉
