Over the years, actually almost over 1.5 decades, that I have been used to driving Audi S series, Cadillac other than Bimmer... at the end of the day, i don' t like to be ripped off by Porsche... And Mustang GT has been my first car when I was in college... maybe the tradition can be continued to my son in a few years, but the priority is to get my next car as either an 840i xDrive Gran Coupe or an M8 sedan, which would be good for a family man like me, LOL
Nice review! I just picked up my 840i Grande Couple from Hendrick in August! Masonite Blue with the cream and blue interior. I’m not missing my 640i at all!
Great video. I just wish BMW would keep this nice integrated dash for future models, and not “upgrade” to the curved TV screen as in the new 5 series, which IMO looks awkward and distracting for the driver.
I actually prefer the 840i over the 850i. It is much lighter if you go with the RWD model ( almost 500 lbs less than 850i ) and no m badges so your M3 friends will not be mad at you. The B58 is plenty powerful. A friend once told my that all real BMWs have an inline 6 and it hard to argue with that.
Brilliant review, everything I wanted to know packed into one video. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Got this as a loaner while our 330ix was in the shop, insanely cool and a sweet car to drive
oh yeah!
Great review and great car
Glad you enjoyed it! It's a cool bmw!

Yeah those are good options for sure! Some nice cars out there these days
Insane vehicle dude.

Very cool!
2024 BMW 840i xDrive M Sport Package GranCoupe!
Thanks for checking out this bmw review!

I like it! I wish they kept some physical buttons, but the design overall is nice in my opinion.
Thanks for this review. So is there any difference between the 2019 i drive and this 2024 idrive?? Or just the screen shape/size?
I believe just some software updates. But might be a bit more between those years.
I adore this car but it really needs an interior update. I have a 7 series and it's just so much nicer.
2025 most likely will
a little bit expensive... hell.. this country's inflation is just insane...
Yeah everything shot up the last 4 years. Hopefully things get back under control starting next year

Just depends on what the buyer wants! I’d go with the M version!
160+ top speed just gotta remove vmax
Cool, not too many people looking to top out this car.
@@senko69420 not exactly legal or something to brag about..I wouldn’t say more people should break the speed limit. Not too smart..
The editing out of the 840i is hilarious. Sorry I had to point it out. You are quite plain, so something like that is jostling.
What did I edit out? I showed the whole car so no idea what you’re talking about..
Have no idea what you’re talking about. I just bought a 840i Grande Coupe… nothing was edited out here! If so, please let us owners of an 840i know!
640i looks better imo
Yeah those were cool back in the day
I just traded my 640i Grande Coupe in for a 840i Grande Coupe… as an owner of both, the 840i is much more to my liking.
USA tosser
What’s that mean?
