what's a good competitor for this gran coupe?
Audi a7 sportback (the rs7 is awesome but that would be against the m8 competition) or Mercedes AMG GT43

Some says the seating isnt that comfortable, although better than the Panamera.
You also didnt mention the rear tire flat rate is only 30, which makes it really easier to pop after hitting a moderately sized pothole.
Also the engine room is a bit too long, for new drivers side scratches on the front could be common.
When you buy any sports vehicle the last thing a person wants to do is hit a pot hole because it will pop a tire. Nothing really to mention, as for comfort ✅ (talked about) and size of the front overhang? If the vehicle is to larger BMW makes smaller vehicles plus this is around 100k, not too many 16 year olds can afford this unless the parents are ok with buying it or the parents own it. Which I would hope they would teach how to drive it instead of giving the keys away and saying have fun 🤣👍
Neither thing has happened to me.
You can see obstacles in the infotainment as you park, so I do not see how you can hit anything, unless you are not paying attention.
My last M850i had run-flats. I never had any sidewall issues after driving over potholes.

The Bimmer has less hp, torque and reaching 60 so for performance no, which I do talk about in the review. Inside is more sporty for the Bimmer but for tall people the front window (windscreen/ windshield) is easier to see through with the Audi.
the 850i is. and the M8 is better than the RS7. Apples to apples, come on now
