- This is a tour of my 1993 Buick LeSabre Limited full sized sedan. 1993 was the 90th anniversary of the Buick Motor Division too! The engine on this car is a 3.8L 3800 Series I V6 coupled with a heavy duty
4-speed automatic transmission. She only has 120k miles on her and runs like new! The previous owner took REALLY good care of her. This model is Polo Green with a tan leather interior. Thank you for watching! Like and Subscribe!
MY FAVORITE CAR
Nice video! I just bought one today and can't wait to start fixing it up! Thanks for the walk around.
Got my 93 with 54,000 original miles from my mother in law about 4 years ago! Great runner as you said! I noticed your horn buttons are loose and are ready to pop. Mine is doing the same. Have you figured out how to repair? Great vid!
Love your video. I bought a 1997 LeSabre in March to supplement my 2004 LeSabre and 2004 Century. The 97 was restyled compared to your 93, but the same car. It floats and is soft riding compared to my 04, which is larger. I have the same heat issue on the driver side in vents on both LeSabre models..blows cold. Found there is a stuck switch for that behind the glove box. Nice car. Still have her? I'm over the pond in Wisconsin so I know potholes. James.
In 1993 buick celebrated it, 90 anniversary, only le sabre featured the emblems commemerating it,s celebration, the same year buick engineers decide it was time to give it,s engine an extra boost in torque, using a complete roller valve train, showing GM suites and the world that push rod engines were far from obsolete, and combining buick,s sporty yet classic syling was a winnig combination.
Great machine!!! Reliable gas saver to bigger car and very 'sofá' confortable vehicles 😍
Fantastic car man. BEST YEAR MAKE AND MODEL EVER
Yes, very nice girl to fall for. I had a 99 thAt was wrecked by a hit and run driver. Then bought an 01 and later a 94 Park Ave. That Park Ave is some nice stuff. It's not leaving.
Awesome car. Ive been on the look out for one myself.
There's one in Braintree, MA with 32K for $2600. On Craigslist.

Wow, cassette tapes lol, havent seen them in years!
I have a 1994 LeSabre (bought it brand new) and am very familiar with these old LeSabres. Its surprising that your car does NOT have full instrumentation being a Limited model. Also, the 1993s did not have a passenger air bag which became standard in 1994 and later. Finally, these old LeSabres had 3 big FAILS which include: 1) The 3800s lower intake manifold will fail. This is guaranteed and this will happen around 150k. I replaced the L.I.M. myself on my car so the cost was minimal at $100. A shop will charge approximately $600-$700. If you don't replace the L.I.M. gasket you run the risk of antifreeze getting into your crankcase resulting in complete engine failure. 2) The SIX front sub-frame bushings will fail especially for theae cars driven in the salt belt. The fix is to replace all six of these bushings which cost about $60/each. If you do the work yourself. 3) The interior headliner will fail leaving the headliner droupping. The fix will require a new headliner and 2 cans of spray adhesive which costs $100 if you do the work yourself.
Your 💯rite my 92 Buick has all those problems I corrected number 1 and 3 but number 2 is my problem now
Please clarify, there is only one intake manifold. and it is on top of the engine. Where is the 'lower' one?
Love it. are you still driving it?
Not anymore, the subframe rotted out and it was crushed. I have another one now, same year and trim painted gold in much better shape
Think you should try adding a lower glove-box from a 1994-1999 lesabre, Dual glovebox? or does the newer lesabe's needed a bracket for the lower glovebox?
What size cassette tapes does the Buick Lasabre 93' use? I can't find the right adaptor for the cassette player. Really need to attach it to my phone, Please help
great video
You got a good deal.
The air issue is a common Buick problem.
