At 11m was the clearest example of a horse experiencing fight/flight I've ever seen. Amazing to me how that very primitive instinct is always just under the surface, how protective of their lives they needed to be as prey animals. I'm sure she was happy for the company once she understood what was happening. Thanks, great video!
You know Brandy, I’ve never owned a horse before ( I’ve ridden, worked in stock yards and out on the range in Colorado) always wanted one but knew that I just couldn’t have one. So I am living my best horse life through you and your babies. Love your channel always bring a smile to my face. You guys have become my go to place for positive and happy feelings. So thank you 🙏
Susan Flowers we dropped our mares off a few days before the stallion was introduced to get them used to each other and their new environment. I would have enjoyed seeing that too but it wasn’t an option for us.
This is a vlog of when I picked my mare up from the breeder and brought her home. It’s the second video of an entire series. Here’s a link to the full story. ruclips.net/p/PLIR-JJucLqwK03czDuIMjodOXT0IsOxmm
Just found your channel. Made me homesick for beautiful green Wisconsin. The other mare's pals were glad to see her again. Ona sure spooked in the dark at Nika. Surprise! I'm here!! 😃 Scary but funny. 😲 😁 I'm anxious to catch up and see if you have a foal. 💜
Susie Wallace welcome to my channel! It sure has been an exciting adventure and you certainly won’t want to miss an episode. Here’s a link to the full story in chronological order ruclips.net/p/PLIR-JJucLqwK03czDuIMjodOXT0IsOxmm
The buckskin has been alone in her paddock and suddenly theres a new horses... it startled her. Being dark probably didn't help her sight, but she was startled from seeing the other horse.
Awww, another ‘backyard breeder’. Isn’t that nice. 3 mares with foals, and likely a mare in foal as well, shown in this video alone. That’s the majority of your herd with, and in foal. I don’t understand people like you. You’re not doing right by ANY horses in this….Rips my guts out. 😣😔
I don't think you really understand the definition of a backyard breeder. I bred my own horse for my own program to teach others about horses, and I am very happy with my decision. If you don't like what I'm doing, don't watch. I am doing everything I can to try and make a difference, maybe you should too.
The kid screaming repeatedly over the audio is blowing my speakers and very annoying to deal with when watching, it might be better for quality to edit her or move the camera away next time
+k sorry it bothers you so much but my kids are my life and involved with everything I do. I will not remove them from my videos. It would probably be best if you didn’t watch them.
Hey barn crew! What do you think, is there a baby in that belly?
Versatile Horsemanship LLC I really hope so.
I am from the future...
The answer is yes
Lol...yes! (But I’m rewatching this after watching your latest video in June 2019) 😂😉

@@qwilfish66 it might be just some extra work to fix all the muddy area it can be accomplished with some extra help
I cracked up when your Daughter said, Mommy watch where you're going!😂
Apparently She thinks she knows how to drive better than I do 🤦♀️😂
I love your barn. It's beautiful. I love the stud you picked out to breed with Nicka.
thank you

Aw, thank you! That really means a lot.
This is awesome - I hadn't seen this video - I had tears in my eyes when Nika came running. Love it! 🤠
Anne Pipps I was on the verge of tears when I saw her! I haven’t been that far away from her in 18 years!
@@VersatileHorsemanship xx😃
You know what I found to be a little special, was that those two Mares didn't get along in the beginning, now they're best buds! Too Cute!
They sure are!

Precious ❤️ Nika running to you! Omg
Yes!
Lovely mare and foal.
He is amazing brandy.
You are so blessed with your family and your wonderful life. Happiness all around. I haven't found out your name yet since I'm new to your site.
Thank you. My name is Brandi
It's too bad that you didn't show the introduction of your Mare and the Stallion, I think that would have been interesting.
Susan Flowers we dropped our mares off a few days before the stallion was introduced to get them used to each other and their new environment. I would have enjoyed seeing that too but it wasn’t an option for us.
I live right by tower bridge !!
Okay I'm totally confused. Who is this other horse that looks just like Nika
that is my friend Katie's horse. We brought our horses to be bred to the same stallion.
No way could I shop! I'd be too stoked about getting my baby back! Lol!
Hi. What does Special's foal look like?
ShawnaL she wasn’t pregnant
I live close to where you are going
McKayla Hohmann I love door county!
Being in a huge beautiful field for so long and then going back to a small stall, you can tell she didn't like it.
My horses are not stalled. They are outside 24/7 🤷♀️
Being in that beautiful pasture, she probably doesn't even want to come home.
It is a very nice pasture but she’s pretty happy in her pasture at home too.
When they come running
11:58 what happened
Kinzhorses the horses were just getting acquainted
What😂😂what did he freak about
Kinzhorses she got scared because she didn’t expect to see another horse in her paddock when I opened the door
Oh i would have thought shed be Happy
What were you doing? That was just a conglomeration. What were we seeing,?

Is that other mare(Special?) that you took home Dani's family's horse?
+Amaya Fuller yes that is special. Her and Nika were bred to the same stallion.
The fear was because it was dark.!!
The buckskin has been alone in her paddock and suddenly theres a new horses... it startled her. Being dark probably didn't help her sight, but she was startled from seeing the other horse.
It s all black...
Why in the dark ?

What a totally rude comment k, the little girl is adorable and why would you ever comment something like that to a mom. Good heavens, grow up.
EMMA Lee 🙌
Emma Smith yeah if she's even got any friends😂
