There is a special setup. I use hand controls for the brake and gas. There’s a lever to the left that manages both pedals depending on if I push forward (to brake) or rock the lever down and back (to accelerate. I have a spinner knob at the 2 o’clock position on the steering wheel that allows me to spin the wheel completely with my right hand. There is actually a removable panel in front of the pedals to keep my prosthetic feet from accidentally hitting them. It took about 5 1hr training sessions to get comfortable enough with them to do a courtesy drive with the BMV to amend my license to include hand controls.
LAKA here. You are rocking those things!
May God Blesses You !!!
