Being a professional diver's watch, all the pushers are threaded to prevent water from accidentally entering the inside of the watch.

@@CrippledPringle If the watch is going to be used underwater, the crown and push-buttons must always be screwed in ... it is as if a submarine leaves the hatch open, it will flood because the same is a watch.

Wow this is a heavy duty tool watch built like a tank. Desk divers need not apply, this is for real divers only. I can’t see myself wearing this watch under any circumstances except diving!
