    I love the longer meditations for sleep, as my anxiety can make falling/ staying asleep difficult. Listening to these while under a weighted blanket helps soothe me so I can rest.

    I just want to say thank you for this amazing meditation. This is probably the best meditation I have experienced so far! I remember starting meditating for the first time nearly 2 years ago and it was your morning meditation which made me feel so good. I am extremely grateful! Thank you Linda!!

We all appreciate your hard work , beautiful soul that you have and empathy you express in your pieces off work . I am about to listen as I go to sleep 😴. Your meditations have got me through so much including losing my Nan earlier this year and right now whilst I have been off work with a trapped nerve and sciatica xxxw

    Anxiety sufferer here. Daily mindfulness has done more to reduce my symptoms than Buspar and xanax.
    Tonight though...
    Feeling nauseous and worried it's Covid (it isn't) and worries about chores and work I can't do because I'm sick. Needed this reminder of peace within my somewhat barfy moment.

    Love it up until 40:00 exactly - I'm all relaxed by the end and then you mention "should's, have to's and should have done's" and suddenly I'm focused back on all those things I just spent 40 mins having a break from! I'd prefer if it just ended at 40:00! Seriously though I love your meditations Linda - your pace is so deliciously slow - thank you!

    Do you have any, I think they’re called body scans? Where you go through the meditation telling us to relax every part of the body from head to toe? I need a good one.

      Linda Hall Meditation I can’t wait! I really need a good one for before bed. It helps me get relaxed and go to sleep. But I can’t find one that goes through the whole body and is for sleep. I’m going to try this one out. Thank you so much!

    Why does almost every guided meditation or relaxation use music? Music is highly personal - Confucius said "One can rule the people using music". A meditation or relaxation video without music is needed!
