Also this refers to the multiplier effect, which will occur, as the 30 diamond blocks will be spent, allowing the other hermits to use the same diamonds in other shops, etc..

I absolutely love the design of the pink/yellow/cyan house. I know the idea behind it was it’s a crazy guys place but it would work PERFECTLY as an ice cream parlour
i DO believe it is precisely a white cat with different color eyes, not just SOME cat. Beef paid his money in advance in good confidence. you now have a minimum of 9 months to deliver a happy home and a snowball cat.
This whole episode felt like a fever dream but I had fun the whole time haha.
I actually have a fever right now and was wondering if I needed to watch this again later but after this comment I think I got the full experience the first time 😂😂😂

Good investment, Iskall. But why not open a froglight casino alongside Frogger in Etho's shop so that Keralis dumps his entire money on? Maybe offer jackpot boxes with prizes other than froglights. That would have great RoI. Or maybe include a paid game mode in Frogger with better prizes.
Nothing will make it more chaotic that every owner of apartment will add something to the view that makes complete no sense in there.

I actually work on a building company selling apartments and this part of the episodes have been much fun, But I must tell you what we do, in order to finish some parts of the building we offer an unit in exchange for services, so you could be calling another hermit to finish the building and offer them one apartment as payment...
Once Etho's moved in as a handyman, maybe you can start creating problems for him to fix - pipes leaking, "creeper holes" for him to fill, etc.

I think the "london" lamp requires a slab on top of it and some sort of trapdoor on all vertical sides of the glowing block. Then, having the bottom block expanded to be a full block instead of a fence might work better.

From 64 to 14 stamps.. 50 mail from Iskall alone. Joel's inbox only has 27 (barrel) + 5 (hopper) slots for storage according to Pearl last episode. Meaning at least the last 18 shulkers from Iskall would despawn, more if we assume other Hermits sent mail too xD RIP creepy anonymous love notes..

I quite like the netherrack building. I'm sure people will be blasting you on the comments because "netherrack is an ugly block and blah blah blah" but Bdubs has proved over and over that "ugly" blocks can look amazing in the right context. I think you really make it work.

The murder mystery neighborhood is somewhat reminiscent of the New Orleans French Quarter.. Tightly packed, bright colors, hanging shrubbery and balconies... the hodgepodge blend of French and Spanish architecture. If you haven't already, you might find some inspiration there.
I really like your street of row houses!!! I am planning on doing a build like that for my Season Three of my series “Bunker Bros” Where in season one, we start off in a bunker, and then build out a medieval village, then with each season having a mega build, each season will become more modern, and row houses are third on my list unless other styles in between are descovered. Your row houses, and StressMonster’s row houses are all looking very beautiful!!! I love your work, continue to be inspired, and thank you for inspiring me!!!
