Yeah, this seems to be based off irl jenga, where if you pull a brick and the tower falls you lose. It seems the confusion lied in the statue leaning towards either loser or winner side.

No no, the rules are based off real life jenga where if you take a brick and the tower falls, you lose. Translated to here, if the tower falls and the corresponding color was the last one to shoot and destroy a brick, that color loses.
