We were thoroughly dissatisfied .We booked intense cleaning of 4 toilets and I kitchen and paid 3 thousand + .He did not come in time booking was for 9 am he came at 9.40 and brought another person .He first said money should be transferred to his account and not UC but we refused .Then didn't clean taps ,towel hangings ,geyser knobs , windows .When I told them they said this was not included in intense which costlier than deep cleaning for this moving cleaning should be done .Our toilets are cleaned daily but as Diwali is approaching we said let us try them .But got thoroughly harassed .They rang their office who said you have to do it then they cleaned only 50 to 60 percent only .There is no phone UC gives users to contact them if they are harassed by their staff .In fact one of them started loose talking and I had to request him to leave immediately .Costlier than others but work is substandard

Urban clap for bathroom cleaning waste very bad they spoilt my new tap using chemicals . I had called them 2 times they turned my new bathroom into old all my taps had become black. This is in chennai. So I stopped calling them. 1st time a lady did n next time 2 men. Both were really bad. So pls check properly n call them

Yesterday only done deep cleaning ,commode n wash basin is sparkling but hard water deposits on floor tiles were not completely removed.

Very very bad experience with this company as I called them for repair of my tv set six months back .the mechanic took away a part of the set for repair and not returned.so people don't trust them as the company don't take any responsibility on repeated complain
