This is the most watchable Ricky ITB I've ever seen he's normally kinda awkward and rambles when in front of the camera but this was great and edited well.
I will give it to Ricky though, this is the most excited and energetic i have seen him be on camera. He really loves this company, more than when he was with latitude or prodigy
Innova’s sales are about to be really confusing. They went from “flat, flat, flat” “can we make that in a 3 top” McBeth To “This one’s domey. All kinds of glide” Ricky.
One of the first putters I tried back in 2001, was the Ching Tank, which is identical to the Pig. I love it too. I have bombed that thing in from 175 feet on a straight drive, and I can use it to putt and watch the disc drop out of the flight pattern like a stone. The rubbery plastic lands softer around the pin for those scary up shots with a backside hazard. I have a red 170g Wysocki Star Destroyer in my bag. I bombed it into the wind like a hundred feet passed the locals I was playing with.
Really warming up to you this season, Ricky! Been watching professional disc golf since summer 2017 now, and this is the most relaxed and "open" I've seen you. Really enjoyed watching you shred through Texas States, can't wait to see what you have in store for us as your experience with Innova increases. Good luck!
Im absolutely loving the tour series pig. it instantly became one of my favorite discs. a little bit wider rim compared to most putters and the thumb track makes it super comfortable to throw. i chose it over a zone and a harp because it feels so comfortable in my hand. i throw it back hand. i know Ricky started throwing the pig backhand more, even though he says he only throws it forehand in the video. i think it has more glide than its given credit for.
I love that when pros come (back) to Innova they throw a lot of sweet old plastic. 10, 11x, Averys, sDS, pfn. Most pros know Innova as that is what they undoubtedly started with when getting into the game as kids or whatever. Love seeing his 11x discs!
Great in the bag!! Interesting that he says hes excited to see Innova disc selection expand since he threw them before, yet half his bag is PFN older stuff. I'd love to hear if he's tried the Corvette.
Josue Estrada I don’t know what it is but I think if you have the Teebird 3 and really like it there is little to no reason to carry the thunderbird they are close in my opinion.
For those of you talking about the Sexton firebird. This was filmed in Vegas over a month before the Texas states so maybe it came in after. Regardless the pig best putt and approach in the game of disc golf about time somebody gave it some recognition
I guess this wasn't all that surprising. If you can only throw Innova, you throw Aviars, Rocs, Teebirds, Firebirds, and Destroyers. Really all you need. Curious where he's fitting a Monster in a bag with multiple Firebirds though.
So to be like Rick, i just have to go to my local disc golf store and pick up some 10X and 11X Rocs, a couple 11X Teebids and Firebirds. Avery 3 line Destroyer, an SDS destroyer and a Pre flight number destroyer. Then grab a Champ Monster of the rack and i can pretty much make this bag. Call me crazy but, I was kind of hoping that the majority of his bag would be new runs of these molds. Innova really does make fantastic product but so many of the Pro's just throw old out of production stuff. I still enjoyed the video even though i felt like they cut him off a bunch in editing. Seeing Ricky throw each mold while describing it would have been a nice touch as well, but my guess is that will come in part 2.
So either Ricky was throwing Innova Firebirds when he wasn't playing in tournaments for Dynamic Discs or he raided a Play it Again Sports used disc section.
Did Anyone else see at the end of the video were it starts showing the disc names of what he throws? It's says he throws a metal flake PD2??? You can see it at 10:06
I know this is a dumb question... But is there differnt tiers in the pro tours? A,B, and C right? So if I go on tour I can enter C-tier at every event?
Anyone know how Ricky got that style of dye on the first 11x firechicken? That seems like way to random of design to stencil out for a dye job, I actually love how it looks! Would like to do something similar to one of my discs but I have no idea how I’d get that type of design
Wonder how far Rick can toss a corvette..1st runs n proto pops seem to be flippy bomers and stock beefy bombs..also surprised no xcal or boss in there. 👀😉👊👊
Everyone keeps saying he whiped Paul's name off that white destroyer when really that's a early run pfn destroyer that never had Paul's name on it or Avery's
I'm pretty sure it's a Delta prototype. Theres been talk of it getting released for over a year (it hasn't yet). 5 weeks ago it was suggested that it would only be a couple more weeks. I went and bought a couple Ridge Roller 'caddy slings' to hold me off until then.
This is the most watchable Ricky ITB I've ever seen he's normally kinda awkward and rambles when in front of the camera but this was great and edited well.
Faded Integra I was about to say, Ricky is noticeably more concise and better spoken in this video. Chalk it up to maturity I guess.
you can tell ricky is so happy. cant wait for all the great things he will and already have done this season . GO RICKY!!!!!!!!!!
dude, you go Ricky. He looks so comfortable now.
the pig finally getting the attention it deserves! Love that disc
That was his original Innova signature putter. He has history with it. Lol. 😏
Great In The Bag from Ricky. He seems even more comfortable presenting and lots of great insights on the various discs. Great stuff.
RICKY!! So happy to see this!! Thanks, Innova!!
I just wanted to add that I think innova is a terrific company. Very helpful and very fast to respond. Top notch company.
Relaxed and Fun. The way it should be!
He is so excited, like a little kid. Awesome to watch him like that.
I will give it to Ricky though, this is the most excited and energetic i have seen him be on camera. He really loves this company, more than when he was with latitude or prodigy
James Conrad in-the-bag next?
This is the happiest I've seen ricky in a video. Like he is excited about what he is talking about.
This is the best I've seen Rick be on camera. I feel like he's come a long way. Also that is a crazy callous on his finger.
More than a year later but I love this ITB! Ricky seems like such a genuine dude who just loves disc golf. Good stuff Innova (my favorite brand)!
Innova’s sales are about to be really confusing.
They went from “flat, flat, flat” “can we make that in a 3 top” McBeth
To
“This one’s domey. All kinds of glide” Ricky.
Agreeing with a lot of the comments; Ricky is the most relaxed and natural he’s ever been on camera
So cool! I love this! Innova for life!
The dye on that 11x firebird is something else
One of the first putters I tried back in 2001, was the Ching Tank, which is identical to the Pig. I love it too. I have bombed that thing in from 175 feet on a straight drive, and I can use it to putt and watch the disc drop out of the flight pattern like a stone. I have a red 170g Wysocki Star Destroyer in my bag. I bombed it into the wind like a hundred feet passed the locals I was playing with.
it looks and feels like Ricky is happy with going back to innova.. it really shows. hopefully that will translate into much success for this season!
Ricky seems super excited to be back throwing innova. It really shows
“ I get it 400-450” Ricky problems. Lol
Get at em Rick. Always rooting for ya.
Really warming up to you this season, Ricky! Been watching professional disc golf since summer 2017 now, and this is the most relaxed and "open" I've seen you. This was excellent. Ricky is a good guy.
Ricky seems super happy with the switch. Innova seems like a good home for him. Happy for rick
Proud of you brother.
I love that when pros come (back) to Innova they throw a lot of sweet old plastic. 10, 11x, Averys, sDS, pfn. Most pros know Innova as that is what they undoubtedly started with when getting into the game as kids or whatever. Love seeing his 11x discs!
Where's the sexton firebird? I definitely saw ricky throwing it last tournament.
white deion this was filmed couple months ago
I've never seen Rick so comfortable on camera. Great ITB.
All those firebirds and the main one I saw thrown at Texas states was a Sexton firebird and he didn’t even mention that one
David Dudeman this was filmed in Vegas. He didn’t bad Sexton yet
Ricky sure seems at home, almost giddy ! 7 destroyers hahaha
Great video Ricky & innovators
Awesome in the bag. Thanks for sharing Ricky!
Best Ricky in the bag I've seen!
I havent been in the scene awhile but I remember his sidearm was like perfection.
Really great to see this in the bag, good luck this year Ricky!
Thanks for sharing Ricky! Ive been waiting to see this one. Can you please do a signature glow pig for us Pig baggers? Please?
I second this
Yes please!
Great in the bag!! Interesting that he says hes excited to see Innova disc selection expand since he threw them before, yet half his bag is PFN older stuff. I'd love to hear if he's tried the Corvette.
First time an innova pro not throwing thunderbirds
Josue Estrada I don’t know what it is but I think if you have the Teebird 3 and really like it there is little to no reason to carry the thunderbird they are close in my opinion.
Have a great season Ricky! Go Innova
For those of you talking about the Sexton firebird. This was filmed in Vegas over a month before the Texas states so maybe it came in after. Regardless the pig best putt and approach in the game of disc golf about time somebody gave it some recognition
Pig needs more recognition for sure but the Zone is still king of this slot in my book
I guess this wasn't all that surprising. If you can only throw Innova, you throw Aviars, Rocs, Teebirds, Firebirds, and Destroyers. Really all you need. Curious where he's fitting a Monster in a bag with multiple Firebirds though.
what a great video. Ricky is getting much better in front of a camera.
The pig is the best approach disc I've ever tried!
I have been waiting for the video for months!
Please make another run of those Raptor Destroyers. No way I can throw it but I want one so bad! So glad Ricky's back with Innova!
what do you mean another run? these are stock stamp now so all future destroyers will be like that
Ricky is a virtuoso with this disc throwing skills.
What company makes that cool putter bag on the handle of his cart? I've seen the DD one but it only holds 2 putters
Chill Okapi you ever figure out who made the putter pouch ?
Always love his excitement
Aviar putter
Roc
Destroyer
Only 3 discs you need apparently 🤘
Sweet! Been waitin on this!
So to be like Rick, i just have to go to my local disc golf store and pick up some 10X and 11X Rocs, a couple 11X Teebids and Firebirds. Such an awesome In-the-Bag!!! Now, how do I get my hands on one of those Raptor stamped Teebird3's?!? : )
So either Ricky was throwing Innova Firebirds when he wasn't playing in tournaments for Dynamic Discs or he raided a Play it Again Sports used disc section.
yeah, really good video . Well done Ricky...
Excited for your 2019 bud. Let’s see the Raptor rise again.
The Raptor stamped Teebird3 though!!! 👀👀👀👀
5:00 does anyone know how I can find that disc storage he has on the bar of the cart?
Nice to see some domey distance driver love!
Tell rick I love the New Mexico stamps I met him when I lived in New Mexico at my home course
The dislike was dynamic discs
Did Anyone else see at the end of the video were it starts showing the disc names of what he throws? It's says he throws a metal flake PD2??? You can see it at 10:06
I know this is a dumb question... But is there differnt tiers in the pro tours? A,B, and C right? So if I go on tour I can enter C-tier at every event?

Can anybody tell me what the stamp is on the orange KC Aviar, green firebird and white destroyer is? Looks so clean id love that on mine
Its about time
Too bad the Raptor has already been taken by Discraft. It would’ve been a perfect signature Innova disc for Ricky. A putter maybe.
What is that stamp you have on the Firebird, destroyer, and KC aviars?
It's a double stamped Zia Sun sign. It's on the flag of my home state New Mexico.
Wonder how far Rick can toss a corvette..1st runs n proto pops seem to be flippy bomers and stock beefy bombs..also surprised no xcal or boss in there. 👀😉👊👊
Firebirds, Maxes, and Monsters, OH MY
All that old Innova! so tasty
I thought you were throwing a Sexton firebird as well...
Philip Miller yeah I saw him throwing it at Texas states...
this had to have been filmed a little while ago, couple weeks maybe.
I love Ricky, but I wonder how many takes it took to film this :D
Awesome! Great vid
Wasn't he throwing a Sexton firebird at Texas state?
This looks to have been filmed during LVC or something, probably a few weeks prior to Texas States.
“New to Innova” but throwing old discs. Are they his old discs or did he go look for seasoned discs?
Where can i get one of those disc holders that go on the neck of the delta cart.
Why no flight numbers on the disc review...in the bags where so much better with fight number.
The 1999 bowling green stamp roc is actually a 9x kc roc not an 11x. I have the exact one is my bag
Great editing and camera work! With your help Ricky will be selling pro pigs on the home shopping network in no time! LOL Awesome job.
Yay Ricky !
What is that music you use at the end?
Anyone know what type of putter pouch he has on that cart? Does delta make a putter pouch?
What is he keeping is putters in?
Talking about the Delta and praising it after saying how much he loved his zuca when he was with latitude lol
djjolly 037 thought the zuca came after his delta sponsorship
He'll love whatever he is paid to love.
Honestly with how good his forehand is I cannot believe he isn't throwing Orc's & Excalibur's.
He threw a xcaliber at tx states
@@johnevans4890 didn't know that thx
you can find destroyers as stable as xcalibers and no need for orcs with beat in firebirds.
@@brian6speed Beat firebirds are still 2 speeds slower and do not go as far because they don't glide as much. At least the ones iv'e tested.
Just read this is only part 1. Just a heads up
No roadrunner or sidewinder for distance rollers? I've got some real nice sidewinders I'd hook you up with.
He said Wraith roller
Where can I clget a putter bag like that?!?
does anyone know where to get that cart hes using
I think thats the sling putter caddy by ridge roller
Raptor t3s are going to be the new Aviar Destroyer?
Eden Harvey or Paul’s aviar t3
Everyone keeps saying he whiped Paul's name off that white destroyer when really that's a early run pfn destroyer that never had Paul's name on it or Avery's
which is the mold of Millennium Scorpius!
Josh Anthon in the bag
Funny that he said the Raptor Destroyer lands flat lol. Mine is suuuper Over Stable...
Nice delta 12!
Finally I get to watch someone else throw a pig!!!!
Music credit?
aaaand the price of those discs just went up
FINALLY!!!
Anyone know the putter bag he is using with his delta cart?
I'm pretty sure it's a Delta prototype. Theres been talk of it getting released for over a year (it hasn't yet). 5 weeks ago it was suggested that it would only be a couple more weeks.
I went and bought a couple Ridge Roller 'caddy slings' to hold me off until then.
