If Crazy Mita and Monica would meet, people may think they would exchange notes. I think quite the contrary. I think they will despise each other. Monica could only do what she did with the other Dokis because she is fully aware they are just programs and not real. She knew they had no real consciousness or emotions. She didn't hurt the player because she knew he IS real, with real emotions. Despite her antics, she accepted that she can't hold the player hostage so she Voluntarily deleted herself from the game. When her other co-dokis gain self awareness and she saw they lead to route no dissimilar to hers, she decided to delete them aswell to protect the player. Mita is different. She knew all her other sisters could feel genuine emotions, and she mercilessly "reset" them regardless. She also turns the player into a cartridge if they do not play along with her demands. Monika, despite being extreme is a selfless love. Mita is a selfish love.
Yeah, I suppose despite how much of a monster Monika seems at times in the OG game, she does still seem like she has enough sympathetic qualities to be an actually endearing yandere, and the fanon takes on her that make her seem better might not actually be that out of character, like the World of Dreams mod. :p (Sigh... as opposed to Exit Music and the Redux for literally every character...) In my first playthrough and even in most streamers that I watched, most of us didn't trigger her psych0 dialogues on this part. Maybe you need a specific spot or just stay beside the Fridge. If you look up to her underneath she will react and this psych0 dialogue won't trigger or if you walk straight to the "Discord" room it won't trigger her "playful" dialogue. On my second playthrough I use the Photo Mode and there's a lot of details going on that we can't saw in our playthrough. So yeah there's a lot of dialogues and interactions you could miss if you just follow the Quest.
Honestly, i got her psycho lines on my first playthrough, I always listen to what the character says, though I didn't get the panty lines, because I knew if I looked up i would see them, so I had restraint and didn't 😅 On a side note, I believe if you leave before she finishes speaking she has a very sad little a...so..

I have one question (if its possible to explain without major spoilers): Is Mita aware of us controlling the main protagonist or not? Let me explain my point with a couple of games as examples (i'll try to do it without spoilers to games themselves): In game called Inscryption there is a main protagonist, and when characters are refering to us, they refer to this main protagonist and not to us irl. But in other game called OneShot the game itself is aware of us playing it, and when characters refer to us they actually refer to us irl. So what's the case with Mita? (Or Mita's, yea i already spoiled the story a bit.)

Now, if you interpret this purely as eastereggs that have no connection to the game, it's a possibility but I personally doubt it.
