What I did with one of the Q&A with A&V podcasts was transcribe the specific Q&As I found most relative to what I & my friends/family are concerned about and sent it to them in an email, also linking the entire podcast. I've also posted on many podcasts that promote false info, directing them to TWiV with the link. If enough of us do this on the huge podcasts with millions of listeners, if even a small % of them access the link, it IS progress.

I watch this a lot and have learned a great deal. I am a 64yr old with Primary Immunodeficiency as well as Lupus. One of the things that bother's me is the use of 'tech speak' as I was not trained in virology and so terms like 'Enterovirus' are unfamiliar to me and when asked to talk about it, there is sort of an impatience with the idea that anyone who doesn't know is unworthy of being in the conversation. I was trained in diagnostic medical psychology so I know how easy it is to fall into this habit esp. when it is how one speaks to others also trained thus, but I feel it is also important to be able to break things down for those not trained thus. I guess it is much like having to become bilingual, (smile).

I used to appear in some of Dr John Campbell's videos back when he had less than a million viewers. We were in regular contact, and then he ghosted me. Coincidentally, it was after I sent him an email explaining the flaws in the Bryant et al. ivermectin meta-analysis. He definitely seems to be pandering to people with alternative views nowadays.

1:12:24 Thank you Dr. Racaniello! I couldn't reconcile how or why boosting was necessary so soon after my 2nd dose of the mRNA vaccine. I couldn't understand how, injecting me with more mRNA for alpha would provide protection against omicron, as has been the pitch that I've been hearing from the media and local authorities. It just didn't make any sense from my foggy recollection of my immunology class (back in 1980) and it was difficult to find information that made any sense. Your explanation of the need to correct for the initial spacing of the first two doses makes sense to me. Thanks again.

    1. Omicron goes down
    2. It fails to produce herd immunity, durable protection
    3. We’ll have 6 mo to vaccinate the world & prevent a new variant from emerging this summer

How did they test this I did see one article that if you can blow a candle out through your mask that is not good I'm sure that's not very scientific. But it would be nice to know exactly why I think those kind of cloth masks that you pull up over your face and they're like a knit I don't think those are good

Both are way too busy to read through hundreds of youtube comments and especially given the amount of ridiculous comments from anti science freaks that infest the comment section. I would put money on the fact that this question has been answered more than once in the Q and A sessions.

Interesting point about food and drinks. I recently went to a basketball game where proof of vaccination and masks were required. The guy in front of me went the whole game with his mask off while holding a soft drink can. It's annoying that an empty can can be a "get out of jail free card." On the other hand, almost everyone else was conscientious enough to follow the rule.
