uPhone: Share Your AI

uPhone wearable AI doesn’t change the game; it just invites everyone to play.
When I put on translation smart glasses and flew to China, I realised that cyborg upgrades were mostly useless if everyone else remained un-augmented.
So, I built something new - a wearable not for me, but for you.
The uPhone is a necklace wearable computer with a screen, visible to everyone I'm talking to, which aims to break down augmentation disparity.
Translation, AI assistance, navigation, link sharing - imagine all these, not just at my fingertips, but ours. Conversations get richer, understanding deeper.
This isn’t just tech. It’s augmented communication, wearable and shareable (ShareableWearable).
Built for MIT How To Make Almost Anything (HTMAA) class Fall 2023 with Neil Gershenfeld, MIT Media Lab, and the Center for Bits and Atoms.

Ok THIS is what I want to become universal. Imagine this with a LAM or llm trained on languages so this can be fully offline. Fully offline subtitles in ANY language. Can I have you make me one? Genuinely. Like this is so cool

​@@caydengineer partner with pine64 to mass produce your devices once you have version that are sound as far as hardware goes.
A pine64 pair of opens source smart glasses would be really cool and it would get them into the hands of many more people since pine64 is already so well known. A product announcement on their end would do wonders for your support/dev/user base.
