I would hope so they beat a god awful florida team that was getting blown out, why would it be louder than a stadium where the home team was winning lol
What connection does he have to Ohio St? You mean when he coached at Michigan State? Oregon isn't ready for the Big Ten. This is a conference with NFL type defenses and overpowering running attacks. That finesse style only works against weak teams like Utah State and Hawaii that the Ducks were used to playing.
@RobbieStacks90 He was a part of one of the best coaching trees in Ohio State history under Earl Bruce. Earl Bruce coahing tree includes Jim Tressel, Glen Mason, Pete Carroll, Nick Saban, Urban Meyer and Don Capers. This is highlighted by the fact that Earl Bruce himself was from Woody Hayes coaching tree on the same staff as Lou Holtz and Bo Schembechler. The state of Ohio is called the cradle of coaches for a reason.

Most of that Vandy game was definitely Alabama fans. There are literally videos on RUclips on how terrible Vanderbilt football stadium is compared to Alabama, Penn st, Michigan etc. That just made that win ever more shocking as a college football fan lol
Oregon has a bad habit of just playing well enough to win, every game they blow a couple of give me opportunities, against Ohio St they should have easily scored 13 more points, so it should have been 45 instead of 32 for their offense. They cannot help when refs make bad calls like taking away that int that resulted in 7 for Ohio St and injuries to key players will happen but they have to stop blowing give me scoring opportunities, at some point it will come back to bite them. On the other hand Oregon should have won this game 45-24 even without their best defensive player, that shows how good Oregon can be if they stop shooting themselves in the foot.

They should've asked him the score when he brought his Big-10 MSU to Oregon. The score was 48-0 at one point and Reuben Droughns went for over 200 yards Oregon will run the ball.
It's so funny hearing him say losing a game early in the year helped his teams. Because I hate Bama & people use to always ask me how I felt about them losing to A&M or Ole Miss or whoever it may have been that particular year, and I'd just be like "it's a bad thing because now they're gonna go on a Tebow Florida like run. If they go into the post season undefeated, they have more of a chance at choking it away
The big ten is not boring football ….any elite team is gonna have explosive plays and not just 3 yards and a cloud of dust… maybe decades ago that was the case… great teams like osu, Michigan, Penn state , Oregon, usc…. They are all capable of making plenty of explosive plays….
Oregon and USC were PAC12 before this year so I wouldn’t include them in that bunch. And as a Washington alum who grew up in MN, big ten was definitely boring compared to PAC12 (outside of OSU, they usually have the receivers and QBs to be more explosive). West coast may struggle historically in the trenches as Saban said, but the air battles the PAC provided were way more entertaining
I know Washington and Oregon are loud and difficult places to play, they're a good fit in the BIG10. A majority of noise comes from 60-70K fans. Once you go beyond that number the fans are too far away.
The shape of the stadium and seat row angles play a big factor. Oregon's stadium was louder before their latest expansion because it changed the angle and more noise went up instead of staying inside the bowl.
Nah lol he was talking about those big, cornfed mofos from the Midwest. Rural farm towns raise em big and strong. West coast has too many vegans lol. We're eating good here in the Midwest and southeast.
I think the nation is gonna see just how dominant this Buckeye defense is. Team is good because they lean on that thick D!! Buckeyes have 4 plus sacks but 2 turnovers…
You trolling? Nobody thinks Bama and Georgia don't deserve to be ranked. Georgia is ahead of Bama because, despite losing the head to head when they were #1 and #4, Bama suffered a much worse defeat to an unranked team the following week. Both teams still have a good chance of making the playoff
@@michaelmiller4138 Baka should be 10ish and Georgia even lower, Kentucky did enough to move Georgia but the rankings are biased. Many are getting tired of ESPN as is. Moves like adding McAphee to Game Day are another! His juvenile behavior wears thin because he's ALWAYS engaging in it.
Oregon will lose this game. They've only played one team of any caliber against Boise State and they weren't even enough ranked yet. Oregons QB is ok but not great. Not even close to it. He's nowhere the caliber the Bo Nix was last year. I think Ohio state is going to run away with this game against an highly over rated Oregon team. Ohio State will exploit all of Oregons weaknesses.
Ohio State is scary good - and the Ducks have been lackluster this year especially the first two weeks - but for some reason Vegas thinks it'll be close (the line has actually moved a bit from 3.5 to 3)...gotta be the caliber of football players Oregon will put on the field on both sides of the ball...time for the Ducks to put it all together or it will be a looong evening for the Ducks and us Oregon fans...
Usc sucks they haven't been good tor years and it's been 8 years since they have been good, Oregon ran the ball down ohio states throat last time and that team was far worse tham this ducks team, Oregon is winning thos one, especially if its gets as loud as it did with Dennis Dixon vs Michigan
