I had just finished a long ass day at work, and this was just what I needed a vent on paper I told them in no uncertain terms to buy a new bed, with a few f's and c's and probably a reference that the pair of them should get a job to burn up the flaming energy they have. In turn it worked for a short period of time. Now they're back at it but I just keep writing the notes. Good luck :)

So It's not your neighbour moving furniture at 3am! and it will never be settled by having them to move out. One of my friend home also has same thing,because he's upper and left home unit is unoccupied, so when my other buddies and i were hanging out at his house (it happened during the day too) we always hear it, and i also recently went through bad night with lots of this thumping/furniture moving/marble falling during my holiday from 10pm until 4am in a hotel. I can't explained to you what is this thing really is but it's some kind of Ghost although it would be depict more accurately as Jinn/genie, which is another being living in a different world. They are just like us/ means they are good/bad jinss and the bad one is the one we usually refer to as the Devil/Demons. But i cant assure you they wont bring any harm if you dont bother them, and mostly human is the one who use them to harm us like in Black magic, exorcism etc..
It sounds like you expect them to do this in the middle of the day, when they know for a fact that you're awake, and not when they think you are sleeping. Maybe you think they should do it outside
