    1) where to put modifying words - "conosco bene Roma" invece di "conosco Roma bene"
    2) falsi amici = false cognates - acquistare = to purchase/acquire -> fare un acquisto = make a purchase
    3) building off of what you already know: riconoscere = recognize -> riconoscimento = acknowledgement
    4) ask 2/3 people rule for understanding a concept

    Interesting. Thanks. We do say “novella” in English. Guess what, it means a short novel. One such book won the Booker prize a few years ago.

    Oh my god, I realized I was listen to you in English only at the half of the video XD. Your English is so simple to understand for foreigners like me that I didn't even realized it. Yeah, I know, I'm strange.... and a bit drunk too xD

    I found the word "novella". My high school English teacher used the term "novella" to describe a longer short story than most of the ones in anthologies but a story that is no where as long nor developed as a novel. The English dictionary definition is "a short novel or long short story.". Does the Italian word include the idea of a long short story? A couple of years ago I read something classified as a novella. The book is only about 55 pages of text and as far ,as I know , it is the one of the very few surviving novellas from antiquity.
