Hi Stacy and Molly, greetings from the Netherlands. I have been following your Journey from the start . Loved every video. Cheering you ladies all the way to Santiago!
Thanks for the cheers. We had a wonderful experience, and I hope it comes through on the videos. We made a friend from the Netherlands that you'll meet in a future video or two.
What an inspiration you both are!! I truly wish I was younger so that I could fulfill this dream!!! I’ll walk it with you!! May God bless you both and may the wind be always at your back.
Thanks for the kind comments, and I'm glad you are enjoying following our journey. We'll find another path to walk for next summer, and you can follow us there, too.
Am enjoying your journey so far. Will you be doing a video at the end detailing the costs of the trip? I would be interested to know how much the trip costs.
Thanks for watching and for the kind words. We can do a video about the costs when we are done. I'm also going to do one about the places we stayed, because we didn't stay in the bunk rooms of albergues, and it can be hard to find information about that.
13:28 I passed Atapuerca on the way back. I would say those guys (who practised cannibalism, had a genome close to Denisovan, a shape close to Heidelbergian) lived in the decades, perhaps centuries, preceding the Flood of Noah (2957 BC or 2242 Anno Mundi). I would also consider Noah's Ark started from Spain, since near Atapuerca, he could get half Denisovan inlaws, near El Sidrón, Neanderthal ones - and the Ark started out with a mainly Cro-Magnon but trace amount Neanderthal, trace amount Denisovan population.
i stayed in ages, and had a wonderful night's rest there. enjoy your videos. brings back fond memories of my camino in 2015.
Glad you enjoyed it. Ages looked like a really nice village. Buen Camino.
I appreciate you calling out the autonomous communities and/or provinces as you walk over the borders.
Thanks. I never was sure if other people care about that part of it, but I found it exciting.
This was my favorite stage. My body had adjusted and it was the first stage that my feed didn’t hurt!
That was a long one!
Despite the distance ... arrrgh!!!! .... I agree with you both, a truly lovely section. Thanks again for sharing your walk. Love it!!! 🥰
Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for being patient with just one video per week. Buen Camino!

I think the Albergue is one which opened for me exactly one night on the return, in November or early December.
I saw that there is a race (running) that runs through part of the excavations in Atapuerca. I would like to run in that.
11:22 I spent a night in San Juan!
11:50 Here is a view on that big porch, where we went in, either to spend the night, or to eat.
