dude id legit watch you play any game I have been hoping for the longest time you would play some other games, like console or pc games, but defiantly do whatever makes you happy, your personality alone will carry you to any game you want to play. I am here for the content no matter what you do.
Honestly dude, play anything. We’ll be here, some will leave but others will come. Play Minecraft, Elden Ring, Spyro, Assassin’s Creed, Guitar Hero, Tetris, ANYTHING MAN. I’d kill to watch you play through old school PS1 and PS2 games. Rage games like Dark Souls. Anything.
My friends grandfather was still working until like 80. He got into habit of taking a nap at his desk, then one day, they noticed he was still asleep, but he wasn't. Bagel don't die at the keyboard.
I would recommend to step into the souls series with Elden Ring, then Dark Souls 3, Sekiro, Dark Souls 2, and Dark Souls 1. In that order. They are good games with lore, story, and combat that are good. I also think if you open with these games, it will be easier for you to step into other variety games so you become a gaming channel in general rather than a game channel, as souls/soulslike games are very varied, and viewers highly value combat, which means you can play any game on the channel that has good combat, then expand again and so on. Hope I did a 6/10 job explaining at least but up to you in the end. Good luck either way though.

Maybe consider some horror games too like resident evil or something. I'd love to see you get into some console pokemon and or Digimon games.
