Funfact it is a relatively new concept for belly dancers to even perform in front of men as well !! You can also clearly see that the dancer is not sexualised here bc if she were, people wouldn't be recording or joyous about seeing her perform and there would be no children in presence :)
I am surprised at the number of comments saying that she was focusing on the bride and ignoring the groom. She wasn't ignoring anyone, she was trying to get everyone into a joyful mood and perhaps hoping to get them to start dancing as well. This is the job of Belly Dancers and singers in Egyptian weddings, to help spread the joy and get everyone involved in the action. It is a matter of good Middle Eastern etiquette for the dancer not to initiate dancing with men in a wedding unless they approach her first, just out of respect for their women. As it happens this couple and the general guests were a bit shy and actually a bit reluctant to let go and start dancing more, which is why, I think, she approached the bride and tried to encourage her to get going, just like the group of girls on the side. You can even see videos online of brides and grooms who are much more interactive, but you will never, or very rarely see a belly dancer approach a groom who isn't dancing or inviting her with the implicit approval of the bride. Don't forget this is her job and she wants everyone to have a good time, it is not about her preference for men or women, it is about interacting positively with people according to their culture and customs. Which is why she is a great and successful dancer who has had a great career in the Middle East.
