Improvised Pelvic Binder

I admit, I was somewhat skeptical of using a foil blanket but it seemed to work well. The only suggestion is to try finishing with a nonslip not prior to "securing " with the cravats, instead of just a couple of twists.
Otherwise, your video is anatomically and clinically correct, which is a lot more than I can say for many of the pelvic wrap videos out there.
