I used this same heart pattern to knit a scarf for my grand daughter. The hearts were at each end of the scarf so when I got to the end I had to reverse the rows to keep the heart from being upside down. You'd think it would have turned out the same~nope lol~!! My 2 hearts looked entirely different! The one I did in reverse almost looked like it was a 'wrong side',,but it wasn't! I think yours is a little different(needle direction on the ssk), I'm going to try it and see if I have better luck,,thanks Emily🌻
